Item never arrived, amazon system says lost and amazon people say contact seller for refund. I'm trying and getting nowhere. I have had tonpurchase a similar item from a company who does deliver and already have received the newer purchased item. This one from strictly has not arrived and cannot speak to anybody. Amy

Beautiful made pine bunk beds they are well made, very sturdy, I got the natural pine, the price is also very reasonable savings on the price is due to you making up the beds, the instructions are very clear and easy to follow, delivery is also quick and well packaged items,I am delighted with my bunk beds for my guest room highly recommend this site it is easy to follow

I received the wrong size bed. Unfortunately I have put it together before realising this! So I have a 190 length bed and a short mattress!!
I have updated my review as the company have done everything that they could have to resolve my issue. I couldn’t wait to send the bed frame back and wait for another and so I was sent a replacement part to resolve my issue at my convenience. Thank you very much for doing this.

Bed is fabulous, it's sturdy, looks good and was easy to put together
Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The ordering process was easy and they kept me updated on progress and delivery times. The delivery driver was very polite and helpful.

Sturdy, great quality bed. I was looking for a bed that would last. I was so pleased with the bed. It was well made, delighted it was made in the UK and delivered by a friendly driver. It was easy to build. I will be buying another bed from this company. The bed I bought was the Amelia 3ft Single Pine Bed.

From ordering to delivery everything was excellent. The bed was terrific value for money and it was easily to assemble. The most important thing for us was the height of the bed as my husband has a disability that requires the bed to be easy to rise from. Thoughly reccomend.
