Purchased a Memphis small double - natural finish
1) asked many questions before purchasing. Customer service were always helpful - good start
2) delivery driver lovely and helpful
3) pleased with the quality of the wood
4) all the fittings were there and many extras - I counted out into pots so knew what each part was called and how many I needed - worth doing!
5) the spacer was the wrong size! For slats spacing and fitting top rail fitting either side of ladder. We cut it down but some people might not have the facilities to do so.. so company need to address this
6) instructions and instruction video slightly differ in order but comprehensive enough to allow us to follow and build the bed
7) overall we are really pleased with the bed. Really strong with quality wood - great value. I definitely would recommend using this company and if I needed another bed I certainly would not hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered an Amelia bed from strictly beds and bunks. it arrived well packaged and communication about the delivery was also great. On opening the package it was clear this has been checked for all parts present before sending out. The instructions to assemble is were a dream all pieces were chalk marked or labelled and it took me around an hour to assemble this from start to finish on my own. Item itself is great quality I was expecting a lot of the price but this bed is very sturdy and high enough for storage underneath. Great service from start to finish

Excellent quality bed, and of superior pine exactly as detailed. Easy assembly and friendly service collected from wearhouse. Very happy with the product our child is loving it.

My replacement ladder arrived quickly and was exactly as ordered. It came with all the hardware and even had an Allen key to help with assembly! The only reason I haven’t given Strictly Beds and Bunks 5 stars is that the ladder had some sharp pieces of pine, which seemed not to have been finished properly. It also had inferior mounting brackets (compared with the original). The edges weren’t rounded and the metal was weaker. I used the old ones in the end, but mounting them was difficult with no guidelines. That said, the price was very good and the quality is more than acceptable. I’m using it and it’s doing the job!

The side rails I ordered, to convert my son's toddler bed into a single bed, fitted perfectly. The holes aligned and fitted perfectly.
The delivery was faster than I expected which was excellent too.

Don't get stung with the £39 'Express' delivery.

I ordered this morning at 10am, after reading their terms and conditions I expected delivery by Friday. However I just got delivery confirmation for Monday.

I messaged them through their online chat and was told because they processed my order after 12pm the delivery is Monday.

Their terms does not say 3 working days from when they process the order, it clearly says from when the order is placed. I complained and all she kept saying is Monday is the earliest they can deliver, she didn't even apologise, so I have had to email them a complaint.

Their Beds look great and I was feeling really good about this order, I even got a note saying they will accept tinned food for for their food bank and they match donations, which is a great initiative. But their lack of customer care now has me worried.
£39 is a lot of money for a delivery fee and I expected what I payed for.

Update, they replied to my complaint email and are insisting it's 3 working days from when they processed the order, they are blaming the VISA electronic payment system for the delay and the fact that I 'only ordered 2 hours before the cut off'. I have an order confirmation email timed 10.18am, not an order pending payment, but a confirmation.

I will update this review when I receive my order.

The bed (Tango Heavy Duty Mid Sleeper) was relatively easy to put together and is very sturdy. It has made a welcome addition to our spare room. Strictly Beds were very helpful because there was a missing parcel in our delivery - this did turn up but Strictly Beds were ready to replace it if it was lost. I also got to speak to a human when I phoned!!

Great bunk beds and quick service, definitely recommend

Really great customer service. I messed up the order and they were extremely helpful in sorting it out. Bed arrived quickly and on time. One bolt was missing but again they immediately apologized and sent a new one out. The bed itself was easy to assemble, seems really robust and my son is delighted with it.

Bought the day bed, very pleased, really solid, great to paint / stain my own colour, great delivery service and communication, british made and excellent value for money.In fact so pleased, ordered a black stained single bed for my daughter two weeks s later, ! Did have to buy a decent Alan key screw driver to assemble, made life much easier.

Amazing service from start to finish the only thing I would say negative was that the instructions aren’t very easy to follow,

I bought a double bed, when put together it was incredibly sturdy. The delivery was prompt and after changing my mind and returning the single that I had bought earlier I was refunded immediately.

Good quality ... fairly straightforward to construct.

I would not go anywhere else for strong, sturdy pine beds with an excellent back up service for spare parts that I lost when moving house. Had 3 beds from them now and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I purchased the Tango midsleeper with mattress for my 11 year old daughter after moving into a new home.
Fabulous communication from the team and delivery bang on time.
Really impressed with the quality of wood and mattress. Instructions were clear and after separating a nd sorting the various pieces, I built the entire bed by myself within 3 hours except for the back part which required another person due to the length of the bed and positioning 4 separate lengths at one time. I highly recommend using an electric screwdriver /drill. My DeWalt made it a easy as pie to build.
My daughter is beyond ecstatic at having a grown up bed with so much room above and below for all her belongings.

I have just received the best service from this company. I bought a new mattress for my son (Queen size) i ordered it Sunday afternoon, received an email straight away to say they have the order in process. By Monday it was shipped and I had a tracking link as to the journey of my order (which actually worked unlike other companies) and received it Tuesday lunchtime. The mattress is amazing and fabulous quality with a brilliant price. I will never go anywhere else for mattresses or beds ever again. Well done Strictly beds and bunks.

Second set of bunkbeds we have had from this company - ordered from them again because impressed by the solid strong construction and thoughtful design. Look very attractive in the room - we have natural finish which mellows with age. Customer services very helpful in responding to our particular delivery requirements.

Our Australian family are visiting us and as we live in a small bungalow we needed more bed space for them so we bought the 3ft. single, standard length Goodwood high bed to go over the double bed in our spare room. What a good decision!
I'm nearly 86 and had absolutely no problem at all assembling this bed, the instructions were perfect and everything just fitted!
The pine is beautifully and finished to a very high quality.

I've had 2 double bed frames from here a couple of years ago, still standing, decent quality. Just bought one with drawers. Again, all good and very fairly priced. Thank you!
