Low quality products

Low quality products!

Even if a defected product comes from the company, they will not take it back if 7 day period has elapsed. Extremely poor customer service.

Buyers please beware. Better to buy from Ikea than here. There is a reason why this company has such low rating on this website.

Ordered a table same as the one in the…

Ordered a table same as the one in the show room early August came last week of September. When it came was nothing like the table I thought I was getting I noticed the person who placed the order used the wrong code. So I am told if I have the original box and pay funds I can return it under buyers remorse, there was so much packing I had got rid of it all so I gave up and kept it. Will never purchase anything from Structure again and their client service is terrible.

Such a pathetic to deal with

Such a pathetic to deal with. CS is rude and insincere. The agent scolded me on the phone when I raised my concern. Will not consider ordering from this company again.

Horrible company

I ordered a table and so far after 2 weeks I still only have a table too and no legs! The customer service is terrible and they keep saying they will update me but give me no idea of when! I have no faith in them ever resolving this. Literally no care for the customer at all.

The worst customer service possible

The worst customer service possible! I ordered a Juhana dining room table and when it showed up the quality was awful and cheap looking. I called about returning it and was told to take it back to the nearest store no problem. The nearest store is 45 min away. A few weeks later when I had time I tried to return the table and was told there is only a 2 week period to return and you have to fill out a form online first and then receive an email and then come in. But because it was past the 2 weeks too bad. Even though this was their screw up by giving me the wrong information they would not return the table. I would never deal with this company again.

Great experience. No issues

I’ve been buying furniture from Structube for a number of years. Had great experiences each time. I will admit that when something is out of stock it can take a while for it to come in. Just bought some new dining room chairs last week and they were delivered today. Chairs are great and easy to assemble. Can’t fault them in any way.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Our order arrived with only 3 out of the 4 boxes. Called customer service and they said it would take a minimum of 3 business days for someone to know about the availability of the part and arrange delivery which could take up to 2 weeks and they needed me to send them photos to prove their error - even though delivery drivers noted only 3 boxes delivered and they took photos. I escalated the issue to a manger who called me stupid for not understanding the logistics. I responded reminding them this was there error. Absolutely outrageous service, never again will I use them.

I want to share my recent experience…

I want to share my recent experience with Structube's furniture, specifically the "Jerry" table, in the hope that others can avoid the frustration and disappointment that my family and I have endured. I admit that Structube offers budget-friendly furniture, but quality of their products is shockingly subpar!

In December 2022, we decided to purchase the "Jerry" table from Structube. At first glance, it seemed like a decent piece of furniture that would fit well in our home. Little did we know that this seemingly innocuous table would turn out to be a complete disaster.

This August, merely eight months after its purchase, the "Jerry" table has become a symbol of our mistake. The breaking point was when my child accidentally left a piece of Scotch tape on the table's surface. Attempting to gently remove it, I was horrified as a portion of the table's finish came off with the tape. It was as if the table was made of the flimsiest material imaginable – almost akin to paper. We had essentially spent $300 plus tax on what felt like a glorified sheet of paper.

Believing that we were entitled to a remedy given Structube's one-year warranty, we contacted the company with our issue. However, their response was nothing short of disappointing. They brushed off our concerns and shifted the blame squarely onto us, essentially alleging that we were responsible for the table's degradation. This type of dismissive customer service is unacceptable, particularly when dealing with a product that should have lasted far longer than a mere eight months.

To say that we are disappointed would be an understatement. Our hard-earned money has been wasted on a piece of I would say crap, not a furniture.

If you considering a purchase from Structube to reconsider. Our experience with the "Jerry" table has left a sour taste in our mouths and a gaping hole in our wallet. Steer clear of Structube if you value quality, durability, and customer satisfaction.

Great service!

I ordered a cabinet recently, they told me which week it would be delivered, I received a call the week before with the exact date and approximate time of delivery. Delivery was earlier in the day so that was great! Courteous guys, most helpful and friendly.

I was promised a delivery date for a…

I was promised a delivery date for a new platform bed and mattress that was vitally important. I ordered it six weeks ahead so that I could be sure it was going to happen. I was assured it would arrive on that date and if something was changed I would be informed. I was never called to let me know that the date I specially requested for a number of reasons was not going to happen. I received a call the day of the scheduled delivery to inform me it was scheduled for three days later. That caused a trip hammer of difficulties for me.
When it finally arrived at the door, the two men who delivered it were grubby and smelly and not in any way friendly or accommodating. I am so very thankful I did not order anything else from them, I have no doubt it would have resulted in further disappointment.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. What a nightmare. 2/4 large furniture items I came were either missing items rendering the item unusable (screws) or completely damaged. I was still patient - reported the issue, got sent new screws only to find these were the WRONG SCREWS. For the damaged item, I spent 40$ buying bubble wrap
To Have it taken back and a new one delivered; guess what, the replacement one was ALSO DAMAGED. Do NOT BUY STRUCTUBE FURNITURE

I purchased ottomans from here. never again. the fabric on one button on top came off in a month and they wouldn't let me exchange. Apparently I exerted significant force and this would never otherwise happen. Zero help at customer service. Never again.

Site and customer service online is actually useless

Site is absolutely garbage and their customer service via phone and virtual agent/email is garbage...just get rid of the department and instruct customers to go to the store to deal with the issues.

Just received poor customer service. Most unhelpful and unable to rectify their error. I wonder if I had not chased for an update whether they would have bothered to call to say the bed I ordered in May wont be delivered by 1st August as discussed and we would be sleeping on the floor. Poor quality furniture

I purchase a sectional in 2021. When we received it, 1 part was already broken. At that point I got to see the inner structure of it and realized it was put together with what looked like plywood/balsa wood. This is not what has longevity for a product that people sit on. In order to get a replacement, we had to bring the part to the store, sigh! We got the replacement and now 2 years later, we are throwing the whole thing out. What a shock, the weight of sitting on the couch caused the frame to break (everyone in my house weighs under 200 lbs). I will never recommend a purchase of a structube product again.

Structube heading for failure

I have spent thousands of dollars with this establishment, and all that is about to end. Customers should research to see that most of their stuff is being discounted even up to 50% off. Their lack of customer service is one of the main driving factors behind this. They don't have stock 90% of the time, and when one orders online because stuff can't be sourced in local stores, nightmare ensues. I'm here trying to return a rug that came and I have been met with almost a week of the great inquisition. The size of the rug does not match the description, nor does the colour. I tried returning the same day it arrived, and I have been met with a barrage of questions seemingly to delay the process, even after sending pictures to show that their horrid rug is just as they sent it. Structube is headed to become just another failed Canadian company due to lack of proper business sense. P. S. They will also try to charge you $70 plus tax for returning their crap, so make sure you have every single shred of wrapping that came with their poorly advertised merchandise.
