Didn't get a reply at all. Contacted them again 3 days later, still no reply.

When hope was lost and I had no where to turn to Stuart Miller Solicitors became my family. No words I say or write will be able to describe how grateful I am. Victoria Hadjihanna I appreciate you and everything you represent. You took me through this with kindness and compassion. I lost hope with the process but you kept going and reassuring me things will be ok. The best news I have ever had in life came from you via a phone call last week and today via email. Contacted them with a personal query following a video of theirs that I'd viewed re:recent changes to DBS. Spoke to Mr Kibla - very speedy response and great support throughout the conversation which made me feel comfortable with what I disclosed. After years of worry and stress. Mr Kibla was able to give advice and information that offer me light at the end of a very dark tunnel.
