Brian & Kieron recently delivered and connected my new Bosch Washing machine as well as taking my old machine away. They were on time and were very helpful during their time with me. Brian took the time to show me how the machine worked with very clear instructions. Both Brian & Kieron worked very quickly and efficiently and the whole thing was completely painless. I would have no hesitation in buying from Stuart Westmorland again!

Had our new fridge freezer delivered today by Brian and Kieran. Very nice men, polite and certainly knew what they were doing. They managed to get my old fridge freezer out without any problems, and the new fridge freezer in. Staff in the shop at the time of purchase were very helpful and friendly.

Just purchased our new washing machine from Westmoreland's we have used them before as have always been pleased with the service they provide. This time was no different.The salesman Graham was very knowledgeable about the product. Purchased on the Friday delivered on Saturday excellent. The 2 guys Brian & Thomas delivered our new washing machine took the old one away and fitted the new one within minutes. We were provided with a demonstration as too how the various programmes worked.

Just had a washing machine delivered by Brian and Tom they fitted it took old one away. Very competitive price compared to large concerns. It was delivered quickly after ordering and a local long standing firm. Very pleased

I ordered a Blomberg fridge freezer from the Melton Mowbray store. From ordering in the store to the delivery and installation the service was excellent. All of the staff involved were friendly, polite and very professional. Brian and Tom who delivered the item were very careful when moving it and installing it in place. This isn’t the first order I have made at this store and I received the same high level of service each time.

The fitting team Brian and Keiron were perfect they arrived on time explained what they were going to do. We had purchased a new Samsung TV for our kitchen the fitting team recommend the correct bracket for our dot and Dab plaster board wall, thank you so very much for being polite, friendly and courteous.

The staff at the shop have been absolutely brilliant, they are so helpful & friendly. The staff who delivered & installed the items were great, really professional & helpful. We recently purchased a Blomberg fitted oven and matching induction hob from Stuart Westmoreland Euronics Store in Loughborough, and the experience has been outstanding. The gentleman in the shop was incredibly knowledgeable and provided invaluable information, particularly regarding whether our appliances should be 13amp or 32amp – something we hadn't even considered and wasn’t mentioned in any other store we visited.

The service didn’t stop there. They arranged for a fitter who came with his associate, and both worked diligently to modify and adapt our unit so the new oven would fit perfectly. The attention to detail and professionalism from start to finish has been fantastic. Highly recommend!

We recently bought a Bosch dishwasher from Stuart Westmoreland in Melton. Excellent service from start to finish.
The fitters, Brian and Kieran, were very polite, careful and very tidy. I can’t recommend the company highly enough.

The Dyson accessory was available from different outlets at the same price. However, I decided to "shop local". The part was not available at the Loughborough branch, but was sourced and available the following day. Parking outside was easy. The assistant, Andrew, was courteous, efficient and most helpful; the store was impeccably tidy and well presented. This was my first visit, but I shall certainly shop there again.

The service both on phone and in store was so helpful. The salesman told me everything I needed to know and made ordering the products easy and simple. The store was light and roomy and everything was well displayed. The delivery/ fitting team were very considerate and took great care in our home. Also fitted everything up professionally. We will go to this company for all our electrical products in future
