Called at showroom to price Dbl Ovens not intending to buy there and then but we did. Oven was out of stock but a date was arranged for fitting when oven received. The installers Brian and Keiran were efficient and friendly. Very pleased with the service. Thank you.

We experienced really great service in store when moving into the area and purchasing a TV and microwave. There was plenty of time to discuss options and no rush to make any decisions. This was further confirmed by the install team (Brian and Kieran) who were timely, efficient, courteous and cleaned up . We couldn’t recommend this business any greater. Fantastic service 👍

Visited shop to buy an electric cooker and Tom Taylor was very helpful and not pushy,but knowledgeable. We ordered one and was fitted within days by Brian and Kieran who were excellent installers and explained the controls. Would highly recommend shop and fitters.

Nothing was too much trouble - from their advice to deciding on which tumbledryer & dishwasher to buy to purchasing & then excellent follow up service aswell. I was making a big investment in a SMART TV. I wasn’t pressured. The sales process felt honest. Delivery and set up went smoothly and I know I can contact them in future with any

Great selection of products in the showroom. Excellent customer service with absolutely no “pushiness”. Staff have extensive knowledge of the products, which helped us to choose the right appliances for us. Quick delivery service. Great after-sales care available. We bought a tumble dryer and a vacuum cleaner. We will definitely return in the near future for a replacement dishwasher.

Brian and Kieran installed an induction hob today. They were brilliant. Everything was explained and we were shown how to safely use this new to us technology for cooking.

I went to the Loughborough store to buy a new washing machine as my old one had started smoking last time I used it!!
Andrew couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. I found it very useful that they had all the models they are happy to recommend on display.
Andrew went through the different options in my price bracket but was in no way pushy and I made the decision which machine I eventually opted to buy (Bosch Serie 4)
I opted to buy the additional product installation fee of £30. The installer was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I was able to use the machine next day without needing to read the manual!
They don't just plumb it in but also do tests to ensure there are no leaks.
Will definitely keep using them for any new electrical purchases. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with delivery of my fridge freezer by Brian and Kieran. They were friendly, polite and very helpful. They made sure the fridge freezer was installed and level and took away the bits of packaging I didn't need.

Excellent service! Graham in store was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, as was the other person who was covering that day in the Melton store. Brian and Keiron delivered our oven, and they were prompt, efficient and friendly. Brian gave me a quick demo on the ovens functions which was helpful.
