Ablist and instead of sorting blocks. All because an autsitic person doesn't want to put a dumb lie. Vile. Have proof so don't bother trying to lie.
(Edit) Don't appreciate you trying to get the truth taken down. Lucky i had screenshots and evidence that i sent in. Another review already warned you'd do this though as you did to them. Also you had opportunity to talk to me via email and other areas but you blocked and ignored. I was nice to begin with, frustrated after that but still you ignored but i never swore or anything. Was no need to of done any of that at all when a simple conversation or, even better, just acceptance of not creating an issue of a nuerodivdrgent person not wanting to lie. "Nuero-spicey friend" what a joke that is.
(Edit to your reply) nothing abusive was recieved though so not valid. I explained I am autistic and "what is your favourite rule" is not something i could answer as it made no sense to me and do not feel appropriate to lie. So i answered honestly only to be told I wouldn't be accepted. Being nuerodivergent friendly and all those lies you claim you shouldnt have an issue, especially as i said i read the rules. I explained again. Again honestly answered and said i have read the rules though. Got ignored. I emailed you to try sort it. Got ignored. You blocked me also. I emailed again and was still ignored. Now you trying to act nice whilst insinuating i have done something wrong. I have evidence I was not abusive. So you are the issue here. But looking at the reviews that you haven't managed to get removed (which you tried with mine and only have replied to mine because it wasn't) you aren't a nice person and this isn't out of character for you. Shame on you.

I ordered something for my sons birthday last minute and after a frantic panic email to their office they popped straight in the post and I received the next morning! Son loves his gift. I would definitely recommend.

Some really fun, really cute, positive support ideas for emotional well-being. I love the colourful stationery & the fun pin badges. Not quite passing the NSFW test but that's part of their charm 😉. I love that they don't take themselves too seriously & their whole message is very positive & inclusive.

My favourite business!
I discovered Sugar & Sloth in May last year from a Facebook advert, and very quickly fell down the rabbit hole of wanting every single item.
Sugar & Sloth items bring me a lot of joy, whether that be the kits they come up with to tackle mental health, or the tiny hug club boxes delivered each month. So much so my room is covered in their items, especially my desk which has become my safe place.
The team are always happy to help, with random questions, modifying orders or if a product is damaged (likely through absolutely no fault of their own).
Anita has created an amazing community, with happy texts, a fb group full of like-minded individuals, and her instagram lives. I have not known such an interactive business before, even with various types of competitions which both help the entrees mindset and often have awesome prizes.
I am glad I discovered this company, and it is exciting to always discover what Anita and the team will come up with next

Sugar & Sloth are one of my favourite brands. I am a member of the Tiny Hug Club, which this review will focus on, but the shop itself is also fabulous. The monthly subscription boxes always bring a huge smile to my daughters and my face each month. We pay a wee bit extra to get the sweary box, and the sweary pin never fails to make us smile. We get excited when we near the end of the month.
The thing that I love about S&S is that it is not just a shop that sells cute stationery, it has a story, and a community (which Anita and the team have worked hard to build) and it lives and breaths with the passion that Anita (the owner) and her team work hard to deliver every day. But maybe what is most important is that S&S has a face (Anita's) and is a company that is fully transparent, not afraid to hold their heads up when things go a bit wrong, not afraid to cry on camera (or swear) and not afraid of honesty and being truthful with the customers. While some may see this 'as not good business practice" or "unprofessional". I have to say that I would love more businesses run this way, it reminds us that the people behind the fun packaging, the email promotions and so forth are human too and have off days just like I do, just like we all do I guess. This is why I keep going back. There is a reason it's called the Tiny Hug Club, I truly love my monthly tiny hug. :)

I love the company, and the products are of great quality. However I am disappointed with the hug club availability. I really wanted to get the Halloween club pack. I work 7 days a week and start at 3am. So when the pack goes on sale to people who cannot afford it every month at 5pm and then sell out by 7pm (hours of which I'm asleep) I never stand a chance 😔 otherwise fantastic staff and products will not fault the great customer service either 👍

Products are well made, adorable and do differ every month in the subscription box. Pads/paper take majority of inks well, finish and presentation of products are great (they make fun and good looking gifts) and there’s a great selection. I have contacted customer service before (two separate orders) and received amazing customer service. Fast response, great resolution of issues. It’s nice to support a small uk business, contact has always been kind, friendly and they want the experience to be great.

The products I've bought have always been really high quality, delivered quickly with eco friendly packaging. Every time I've dealt with the customer service side of the company, they've responded to me quickly and been so understanding and helpful!

I have purchased from Sugar and sloth twice now and highly recommend their products. The pins i brought are high quality and the designs are cute. I recently bought one of the soft toy character and this is super soft.
This company makes you feel part of a community. Great for support and friendship.
My deliveries were both quick and arrived in excellent condition.
Would definitely puchase from again. Everyone needs a support frog in their life 🐸

Absolutely love products I have bought from sugar and sloth 🥰
I have been signed up to the tiny hug club for a number of months now and adore my lil package of dopamine every month! I have the afterdark sub and enjoy the extra pin so much!!
Products are always so lovely and excellent quality. The one time I did have an issue with a faulty item they sorted out really quickly with a replacement, no hassle at all!
10 out of 10 would and have recommended to friends 💖

Great quality products. I get the monthly sub box and have gotten several orders on top of that. The shipping for overseas is pricey so I don't buy extras as often as I'd like. Everything has been good quality from the stickers (which hold up great on my car), affirmation cards, washi, lanyards, and especially the notepads which I use a lot. I love my Arnold earrings I recently got and have gotten a lot of compliments on them. I love the support from the owner and her staff in their facebook group. Very open and honest company.

Absolutely awful customer service - really rude and unhelpful owner (Anita), if you query something they go on the attack!
PS I saw you have a go at me in Facebook video Anita! This review was definately meant for YOU & well done for proving what I said about your very poor customer service! 🙄
PPS. This review is marked as Verified by TrustPilot, which means I showed them actual evidence of your poor customer service Anita, so I don't appreciate the implications I am a liar! Once again proving your very poor attitude!

Ordered something for myself and something for a friend who is having a really tough time. I ordered a mug and a sweary box for them. I gave details of said tough time, and the items chosen for the sweary box were appropriate and very well received. Lovely products and the best customer service ❤️

Where do I begin? Sugar and sloth is the perfect place if you need a gift of love and care for a loved one (or yourself).
Their original designs are gorgeous, the notepads and mental health awareness tools are a superb idea, and the mugs, stationery and pins are just beautifuk. As someone who is prone to swearing, I love that their gifts can be a bit cheeky too.
I’ve used their decals on my laptop and they’ve been there, without damage, for years.
Honestly, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anita and the team, especially for someone who needs a pick-me-up. I’ll be back again soon!

This is an AMAZING company. All their products are so well thought out, informative, supportive, and cute. The products themselves are extremely high quality too. The people who run this obviously put so much care into everything they do. Being part of their little online community, the subscription boxes, makes me feel seen, supported and cared for. I have been struggling recently and they have honestly made such a difference to my everyday life, even others have noticed and commented. Their products and support system make a difference every single day to me. Thank you so so much ❤️

A wonderful company, a great cause and an amazing lady who pulls it all together to make it the little bit of special magic we all need. I received my first box today and it has made my day. I can't wait for the next box. Great delivery time, beautiful items. Literally northing bad I can say.

I placed an order on 10/04 and it arrived 12/04, super fast delivery! It was really nicely and well packaged and all the items are exactly as expected, if not better! I'm very pleased and I'll definitely be making purchases in the future

Wow! What a fantastic little indi biz!
I have always received the most amazing boxes from the Tiny Hug club (member for 3 years!!!).
This week there was a small oversight and somehow my box was missing a pin badge. I messaged Anita and she immediately jumped to work and sent me out a whole new box! Not many business look after their customers like Sugar and Sloth do. She even sent me a personal apology postcard 🥺
Anita really does go above and beyond to create such an amazing products & a safe space for all of us neurodivergent folk & our community 💖
