I love sugar and sloth. All my products have been of a very high standard and I adore the creativity of Anita, the owner.

I have now subscribed to the stationary box. I have also gifted sugar and sloth products across my friends group.

The products just resonate with me and my friends.

Receiving a Sugar & Sloth box in the post is always a treat! Even before you've opened the box, the packaging is gorgeous. It's so fun opening the box each month to see what the surprises are.

Lovely stickers and stationery!

I have been a Sugar and Sloth customer for quite some time - the tiny hug club subscription is not for me, purely because I have too much stationery! 😅 I am a huge fan of the stickers, badges and washi tapes, they are such wonderful quality and the attention to detail in the packing is exceptional!

Amazing! My first order was shipped out within 24hours of me buying it. It was packaged lovely and all the items were as shown on the website. I am so happy with my purchase. Since my first purchase I joined the community that they have created through the shop and it has been so amazing. I love the emails I get as well as the wonderful texts. Since making my first purchase I have since signed up for their subscription box which I'm so excited to receive! I would highly recommended Sugar and Sloth!

I’ve bought many things from s&s including the subscription boxes. I love the different themes and quality of all the items. The customer service has always been so lovely. My favourite thing is the positive text messages and emails. They get sent just when I need encouragement. Oh and the besties Facebook group is fab! Really encouraging when you need support. So overall, wonderful products and wonderful people!

Sugar and Sloth is an excellent small business to shop with. They do a fantastic range of unique stationery and apparel (the pin badges are a favourite in our house) and each delivery arrives well packaged and quickly. Anita, who owns the business, is one of the most genuine people, always going above and beyond for her customers and she genuinely cares about everyone who shops with her. All orders are processed very quickly and you are kept in the loop at all times with your order status.

The products, which range from stationery, to mugs, to pins, to cuddlies, to clothing and jewellery, are all well made, high quality and original designs. And super cute and lovely! They have a fun range of colourful characters and offer 'sweary' options as well as products suitable for all. Prices are good and delivery charges reasonable. I've never had a bad experience shopping with Sugar and Sloth and enjoy receiving my orders. They always put a smile on my face and have a product for every occasion! Thank you so much for such a great little company with fab products I love. I can't imagine a life without Sugar and Sloth... Highly recommended :)

Sugar & Sloth are the most amazing company, with staff members who truly care and go completely out of their way to make sure customers are happy. We absolutely love so many of their products and really enjoy the surprise of finding out what we’ll receive in our subscriptions. When we had something that lovely but just not quite to our taste, i politely raised it (Customers should always be kind in these situations, it says a lot about us) and the fantastic team reached out to us and made sure we were completely happy, they really were so thoughtful and will always put customers first. I would 110% recommend Sugar & Sloth to everyone. Being a Neurodiverse family ourselves, we really feel cared about and understood by Sugar & Sloth. Their customer service and products are wonderful.

I've had nothing but positive and amazing experiences with Sugar and Sloth (And Anita!) From the sweary drawings to the uplifting texts (always at the perfect timing when I need them too) they all make me smile so much
S&S's products have a high quality standard and so does their work ethic - When I purchased a t-shirt (won a discount on it too) and a printing issue was found amongst all the tees, s&s replaced everyones free of charge

I absolutely love S&S, highly recommend🫶🏻 I love it all & the thought that goes into it all is just amazing! I adore the self care bits & bobs & as someone who is obsessed with all things frogs - I LOVE the “frogs for unkind days” tin! Overall wow - such gorgeous and unique designs. I am in love with all the S&S goodies! 110% recommend!

I ordered a box with a handwritten card to be shipped to my daughter who was completing her exams at uni. The box was dispatched really quickly and I got postage updates. My daughter said it arrived beautifully packaged and was full of uplifting and wonderful things. Its so hard when my daughter is so far away and I love that I can still send her something really thoughful so she knows im thinking of her. Thanks Anita for all that you do. Your IG page always lifts me and I love that your products make such a meaningful gift.

I have been a subscriber to the monthly box for about a i months now and it’s my little ray of sunshine every month.
Some of the pins that have been in the boxes have been so perfect.
There’s always a lovely range of stationery each month. I love the washi tapes and pens. There have also been gorgeous notelet’s and postcards.
It’s a real bit of lightness and fun each month.
I had a blip with my membership and when cha hung my credit card over managed to cancel my box and then reset up the same box but the customer service couldn’t have been any more helpful. Very personal and caring service.

I absolutely loved my Sugar and Sloth subscription box. I watched the unboxing video first, so I knew exactly what I was getting and was absolutely not disappointed. My daughter loved the quirky little illustrations too and has had a go at copying some of them herself. Customer service was absolutely second to none too. You can really tell that the creator cares deeply about her customers and really appreciates us being here to support her. It’s whimsical, it’s fun and I will definitely be back for more.

I bought a letterbox gift for my friend going through a tough time and she loved it! Such cute designs and the person who runs it is obviously invested in engaging with customers and ensuring satisfaction. Would definitely buy again!

Such an amazing box it makes my month when it arrives at my on my door step. The little pick me ups make me smiles and I just love it.

I bought the subscription box (which had $20 shipping "the first time" and claimed that future boxes would have $5 shipping). My child and I opened it together. The box was all smashed up, and the contents were mostly stationary (which I don't use) and a tiny coloring sheet. My child took most of the contents and was happy enough with it. I was disappointed. I got what appeared to be an automatically-generated email asking what my opinion was of the box. I was not aware that I was only expected to share my opinion if it was a glowing one. I stated that I was underwhelmed/disappointed in it. I did NOT post this to the website, as my goal was to give private feedback, not a review. I got another email from the creator of S&S telling me that she cancelled my subscription because I didn't like it. I had not asked for it to be cancelled, and she did not ask me if I wanted to cancel it. She just told me that it was cancelled now. I emailed back and said that I wanted to keep the subscription, but I was basically told that no, it's already cancelled, too bad. This is NOT a choice that a company should force on a paying customer. I will never again give this person money. Being so unprofessional (to the ND community, to top it off) is not a great way to get business.

I’ve just received my second order from Sugar and Sloth and can’t recommend them enough. Everything is packaged beautifully, the printing is excellent quality and you genuinely feel like pride and care has been put into you package. I wish other companies would take a leaf out of your book because opening your packages is genuinely a joyful experience.

I’ve never had any issues with any of my orders; they’ve always arrived promptly and everything is always of the highest quality.
