Suitsupply is my favorite brand and makes up at least half my wardrobe after 4 years shopping there. Their clothing and suits are of excellent quality, especially for the price. If you have a leaner, more European build like the models on the site you won’t even need to have the suit jackets or dress shirts tailored because the standard sizing is perfect—it really is remarkable how well the clothes fit out of the box. And the shipping is lightning fast: I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 2 business days for a standard (as opposed to custom) order to arrive. They run a top-notch operation and I’ll gladly keep letting them take my money.

I like Suitsupplys clothing and think the quality is generally good. I have a lot of clothes from them, and order quite frequently. As there is no Suitsupply locally, I have to use shipping and here is where my frustration lies. The currier they use is UPS and it is the worst company I have ever delt with. I pay for home delivery every time, but never get it. UPS always claim they have tried to deliver, but never do. This means I have to go to a far away pick up point every time. As I tend to order big, this is a serious disadvantage as I have to carry large boxes for a considerable distance. It’s at the point where I don’t know if I will ever order from Suitsupply again, as it enfuriates me having to deal with UPS.
The reason this reflects negatively on Suitsupply, beyond being their carrier, is that I have complained about this on numerous occasions, but only get generic «apologies for the inconvenience, but there is nothing we can do» type of feedback. To me, that is a bit disappointing and I would expect a little more. At least don’t offer at home delivery, when it in reality does not work…

This was my first purchase from Suitsupply and it didn't disappoint. I wanted a wool Navy Blue Overcoat. After looking at several ones online for about 2 weeks, I decided this one from Suitsupply looked the best. I ordered it on Monday and received it the following Friday. After opening the box, I realized that it came with its very own carrying bag, a very nice carrying bag. I wasn't expecting that. The bag even has 2 slots for your shoes. Then, I opened the bag and pulled out the coat. Wow. This coat is beautiful. Everything about it screams quality from the texture of the wool to the exquisite stitching. The pictures online doesn't do it justice. I'm 6'1....185lbs...and wear a 42R. It fit perfectly. I may have the sleeves taken up about an inch but that's nothing. That's just personal preference. I could leave it alone and it would be fine to. The package also comes with a return label in case you want to send it back for whatever reason. It doesn't get any easier than that for returns. If your looking for an overcoat, I highly recommend one from Suitsupply.

This is my second review, written because the company’s response to my first one failed to address what actually happened.
After months of repeated fittings, false assurances that my father-in-law’s size could be accommodated, and being given shirts that were completely unwearable, the so-called “resolution” was an insignificant dollar-amount gift card. Worse, not one person has apologized to my father-in-law, the individual who was humiliated throughout this process.
We were told a regional manager wanted to personally apologize, yet they were not on the call, and despite follow-up emails, no response ever came. That promise now feels deliberately misleading.
This company was given every opportunity to make things right. They chose not to. Consider that carefully before trusting them with your business.

I am extremely disappointed by Suitsupply’s handling of a confirmed quality issue and refund for order 0461404418.
After reporting a defect and providing photos, Suitsupply’s Quality Team confirmed the issue and issued a return label. At no point was I informed that a refund would be limited to a gift card.
After escalation, Escalation Management explicitly confirmed in writing on Saturday, 24 January 2026, that a refund of €249 had been processed to my original PayPal payment method. The message stated clearly that the refund had been sent to PayPal and that it might take a few business days to appear. Based on this written confirmation, the matter should have been fully resolved.
However, instead of receiving the confirmed PayPal refund, Suitsupply unilaterally issued a gift card, without my consent and in direct contradiction to their own written confirmation from the previous day.
What makes this even worse is Suitsupply’s latest public response yesterday, where they stated:
“Please be assured that your case is currently under review by our management team, who are assessing the full history and communications. Once this review is complete, we will contact you with a clear update.”
Despite this promise to review the full conversation history, their subsequent email simply reversed their own confirmed refund, falsely claiming that a PayPal refund was “no longer technically possible” and that a gift card solution had been communicated beforehand — which is factually incorrect and unsupported by the written record.
This is not a misunderstanding. It is a documented contradiction between:
• a written PayPal refund confirmation, and
• a later unilateral decision to substitute store credit without consent.
The lack of internal consistency, transparent communication, and respect for basic consumer rights has completely destroyed my trust in the brand. I am now escalating this matter externally through European consumer protection channels.
Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend Suitsupply when it comes to after-sales support, escalation handling, or refund reliability.
Update - 04.02.2026: Refund was eventually received on February 4, 2026 — only after weeks of contradictory statements, escalation, and external pressure. The resolution confirms that earlier claims of “technical impossibility” were inaccurate. This directly contradicts the public reply to this review.

I spent around €1,800 in a single purchase and kept most of the items. Returning just two items turned into an exhausting and unacceptable experience.
A turtleneck was only tried on, never worn. Tags were removed in store, not by me – yet the return was declined with a generic “signs of wear” explanation.
Shoes that were extensively tried on in-store during the sales consultation were later questioned as if improper use had occurred.
Instead of respecting the statutory right of withdrawal, Suitsupply appears to rely on vague accusations and procedural hurdles. The entire process feels intentionally obstructive.
For a brand positioning itself as premium, this level of customer treatment is deeply disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly advise caution when purchasing, especially if there is any chance you might need to return an item.

Suitsupply markets itself as a premium custom brand, yet at its Venice (Abbot Kinney) location my $1,300 custom-suit experience fell apart due to lack of fitting-room privacy, inadequate seating and hooks, and such poor in-store assortment that I had to source footwear, a belt, and shirts externally—compounded by the fact that there is no transparent executive contact information and my direct escalation to leadership resulted in complete silence, reinforcing a troubling lack of accountability and brand consistency.

This company is pure class. I happened to find a suitsupply store on a work trip in London. I always wanted to buy something from this brand and luckily I found the store by chance. Roberto the sales person was super helpful and I found exactly what I needed just in time for the work event. Perfect fit, supreme style and I felt like I really valued myself by buying something of such quality. Can’t wait to buy more outfits from this brand.

Frustrating waste of time.
Don't order anything online if there's even a chance you might want to return it and keep your sanity!
Ordered trousers in two different sizes (as an aside, they were okay but not great quality and fit was off in general). Requested to return them for a refund and was provided forms by customer service after online self-service said it couldn't generate them.
First attempt- return got stuck in customs for a week without the correct forms, despite me having provided everything they supplied. Suitsupply said they would sort it but didn't and the trousers were returned to me after another week.
Second attempt- revised forms and label provided. Suitsupply said the first lot of forms they'd given me were wrong and they were reviewing their processes to make sure it wouldn't happen again. This return got through to suitsupply and I received a refund notification. Thought nothing more of it until a few days later i received a dispatch notification from them. Checked credit card to find no refund had materialised.
Contact customer service and it's all terribly sorry etc etc but all they will do is provide another return label and will not issue a refund because we've created an exchange in error (of exactly the same order). They say they exchanged in error (despite the refund notification I got), but won't refund me until I've received and returned that error and the is received. "Compliance issues" apparently.
Third attempt- parcel is collected and we wait...
It's now 7 weeks and I've had these trousers delivered 3 times, been notified of a refund that they didn't actually do, and exchanged 30 odd messages trying to sort this mess out. Life's too short.
