If you want expensive (because you expect it to be better quality)wooden bi-fold doors\windows don't choose sunflex. We purchased bi-fold door Jan 2013 contacted the company June 2020 to let them know the bottom rails were absolutely rotten knowing they were out of warranty but hoping the company would suggest something to resolve the problem.but no they just shrugged it of by saying the seals must have failed so no joy there but now to add insult to injury 2 of the glazing panes have failed I won't even contact Sunflex because I already know there response. So I'll buy new windows but definitely not from the above company

We spent £10.000 on a Sunflex bi-fold door approximately 4 years ago and used a Sunflex approved fitting company in Bristol to fit it for us. A few months ago the handle failed. Through our builder (RSG Contractors) we contacted Sunflex to obtain a replacement handle unit. Initially, Sunflex said they would honour the guarantee and send a replacement but most recently (after we heard nothing about when the handle would arrive and our builder contacted them again) they said they have now decided not to honour the guarantee because even though we used a Sunflex approved fitter (who has since ceased trading), Sunflex themselves did not fit the doors. Sunflex wish to charge us £500 for a new handle. What a disgrace. The guarantee counts for nothing at all. Lovely doors but if anything goes wrong, Sunflex will either charge you a fortune or you are on your own.....

Our large glazed windows were installed in 1917. To date, we have had 3 internal panes out of 12 shatter independently and without any provoking factors. The only guarantee on the glass is for the first 24 hrs. Buyer beware of Sunflex!

Poor service, after 2 emails and over a week I am still waiting for a replacement broken bracket.

What an excellent company to deal with . I needed an extra fitting for a curtain pole and the customer service department went out of their way to be helpful. Will definitely use their products in the future.
