Took a good few days to get despatched but happy with the glasses and price

My brother & I chose to buy my dad a set of the interchangeable flip out aviators he had been hankering after for upcoming Fathers Day. We looked everywhere for the right price online, and with the help and advice of the wonderful Matt on their Facebook page, we finally ordered these for the very best price currently available. I was shortly informed via email that this particular set (in our particular chosen colour) were not in stock and may take up to 7-10 working days to deliver. Feeling a little uneasy as we desperately wanted these for Father's Day (15/06, we ordered 04/06) I called up and spoke to Helen. This woman is an absolute asset to the company! She was sincere in her responses and when we found out they had to be imported over from Italy, she called Italy directly for me to get a timescale, then promptly called me back. With us still not being certain on a delivery date to the UK, she lovingly sent me out a spare Ray Ban case, just in case they didn't arrive in time that I'd have something to give my dad in terms of an IOU. How amazing customer service is that?!! :) Not as amazing as what happened next, as come the Monday (yesterday 09/06) I get a dispatch email,...they are in the UK and on their way to me special delivery next day! I was so happy! It is now the 10/06, and I am sat here with the most beautiful sunglasses set I've ever set eyes on. He is literally going to explode on Fathers Day - I absolutely cannot wait to see his face! And it's all thanks to the wonderful people at sunglasses-direct. They went above and beyond in every aspect of service, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us make a much loved father, over the moon. Thank You!

Well, what can I say: they are absolutely amazing. I recently ordered a pair of Ray Ban 3447s (John Lennon style) and I couldn't be more happier with it. Not only I got it really cheap as they are doing Online Price matching they also knocked off an additional 5% off my purchase because I followed them on Facebook.

I actually forgot to input the discount code while I was purchasing them but I gave them a call and the woman on the other end of the phone was so nice and helpful she actually sorted everything out for me. So I ended up paying waaaaay less than usual :) It's almost half of retail price. Thanks again guys, you were absolutely amazing and I'm planning to order another pair of Ray Bans from you!!!

Some great customer service from sunglasses-direct. They would get 5 stars, however I ordered some Ray Bans and paid for next day delivery. They turned up the next day, however were damaged. I contacted the Sunglasses-Direct and they asked me to mail them back for an exchange at my expense. As they didn't have any in stock, I had to wait a week for them to order some new ones from Italy. Should have had my postage refunded in my opinion as effectively had to wait a week and return at my expense (£7.50!)

Other than that, cracking service. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I brought some Oakley Holbrook from the website,but they just didn't look right on me.
However the service and delivery were spot on and when I returned by hand there were no issues at all with a refund back onto my PayPal.
Will deffinately keep an eye on the website and maybe chose a different style.

I ordered a pair of Ray-Bans and the first pair had a manufacturing fault. I returned the faulty pair and they shipped out a new pair ordered directly from luxottica in Italy. Great customer services and helpful staff. Thank you to Ashley for helping me out.

The glasses I ordered were out if stock. Was told a week to ten days...delivered in five days. Second pair I have bought from this supplier and wi oils definitely recommend.

It is very rare these days to be amazed by the quality of service you receive,in fact it's usually quite the reverse.The efficiency and professionalism of the service I received from Bianca when I phoned for an urgent order was truly amazing,yes I'll check they're in stock,yes I'll get them to you by lunchtime tomorrow,yes there is a bit of discount for a returning customer.Forty quid less than the shops,five star service and on the doorstep next day,who wouldn't be pleased.I would recommend to anyone and everyone.I've used them before and would certainly use again.Thanks Bianca.
