I walked in this hairdressers today, young girl friendly enough. But she had no idea how to use a pair of scissors. She cut some off round the back but couldn't tell no shape what so ever. Was in the chair 5 minutes if that, got the mirror trying to take Cape off. My fringe was over my eyes, she would have left it like that, until I said you haven't touched my fringe, oh you want fringe done she said. £12.00 it cost, complete waste of money, I came out got home booked appointment with my usual hairdressers. You live and learn, while this company is making money for a service not fit for purpose

Having read the reviews prior to booking an appointment I was optimistic about having a trim.. I hate to leave a bad review but feel I should on this occasion.. Well..I had a trim..on my short hair.. it seemed the stylist did not understand me..she was foreign..and proceeded to keep on cutting and thinning my hair.. I could not see any style or shape.. bitterly dissatisfied as it looked awful..even my boyfriend said so..old fashioned and nothing blends in.. Still struggling to style it and mornings are always a worzel gummage kinda day..Guess u gotta laugh.. also she was not friendly or obliging and just did what she felt was right.. my worse haircut ever.. although she did take her time.. I felt as though she was inexperienced and didn't know what she was doing.. I somehow felt she did not want to cut my hair..

Went in today for a wash and blow dry….Dan was amazing and my hair was fantastic ….when I’m in Manchester again I’ll definitely be booking in

Absolutely horrendous experience in Stratford Upon Avon!! Completely ruined my hair and had to pay £44.50!!!!I could have done it better myself!!! What a waste of money I could barely afford!!! Fuming 😤

I went to the Mansfield store. The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I liked that I could check in online and it have me an average time for waiting. They gave me a really nice haircut.

Then worst experience of long layer hair cut I have ever had in super cuts in Farnborough town. My hair is ruined. I will never go back there this women said she had 8 years experience but not enough experience to know how to cut long layers. Very disappointing.

rather give them no stars went for dry cut asked to have a short style my hair is curly stylist said she can only do half inch haircut for price and charged me £30 pound waste of time if i want my haircut short thats what i want

I had my haircut and blow dried by Robert (I believe) at supercuts Orpington. He was very friendly and made sure to check how much I was happy to have cut off before starting my haircut. The receptionist was also lovely and friendly but I’m unsure of her name. It was overall a really good experience for my first time visiting this salon. I see a lot of negative reviews which is a shame as I had a great experience here so felt compelled to leave a review :)

The flexibility of the salon. Great staff. My hair was cut by Grace at Chelmsford salon. Grace always listens to my wishes and is friendly helpful and skilled. I am lucky!

I visited the hair salon recently, and it’s possibly the worst place I went at. I thought to try out something new and obviously that was a wrong choice. The staff seem friendly but when i showed them a picture of what i wanted they went and told me to show another picture. I’m sorry but if I’ve found a picture of something on Google I don’t think I’d find the same thing of the same person with the exact same haircut I want. Are they trying to kid with me just because I look young and like a child?! The hairstylist looked like she’d done the job for quite a while due to which I trusted her but I ended up wanting to cry because of the result I got. I had to go to a different salon and get my hair redone. My money went to waste!!!!! Additionally because I was in a hurry I wanted to buy a product and thought I could return it if I need it which I was told I could. Obviously that lady was lying and I went back so many times taking my time out of the day to get a refund but they’ve got to be kidding me. I would rather eat a pigs blood than go back to this salon (ps I’m a vegetarian).

My experience at Super Cut in Woking Center was beyond disappointing. Despite scanning the barcode, we never received the promised message. Returning after an hour, we were told the system was down, and we weren't added. Kristi, the stylist, demonstrated zero customer service, making us wait while attending to a customer who arrived an hour later. Strongly recommend avoiding this salon for a truly unpleasant experience.

Haleema is the lady i recommend for your services! She is so down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable. Went to her for waxing and couldn’t be happier with the service she provides, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Supercut Camberley used to be my go to for a cut prior to 2020. The best cutters out there by far. Gave confidence to experiment, never a bad cut. Didn’t mind the long wait as always so busy. Sadly the 2 brilliant ladies did not come back after covid. Tried new staff. Worst cut I’ve ever had by someone with so called 30 yrs experience....possibly cutting hedges! Was going to try another branch to get a trim, literally, until I found out I will be charged more due to long hair. The ends are at the end of my hair no matter how long the hair is. Why? No wonder their shops appear empty these days.

Got my eyebrows threaded by Haleema she was brilliant.

I went to supercuts in Woking and from the first moment I walked in I was treated well. Sasha and Kirsty were a great help and my haircut I think it was Sasha that made me feel so happy with my hair thank you ladies I will be back

I had the best supercut done by a lovely lady named Henrietta at the Shepherds Bush Branch. I have never felt so satisfied and happier leaving a salon before! I highly recommend her!!

Went for a cut and blow dry at the bluewater store , she didn’t do what I asked for having shown her a picture. She cut far to much off of my fringe , layers were not even . She didn’t even ask if I wanted it straightened
I’ve had to cut it myself to level it up at home . Really awful cut

I hate having my hair cut, I am nearly 70 and I am inclined to leave my hair to grow until my fringe gets annoying. I cannot go to an appointment only hairdressers because of my health isses and have good days and bad days. Yesterday I dropped into Supercuts White Rose Leeds.
The staff there have changed since before Covid, back then it was always full of sylists, always busy but the stylists were brilliant.
There was only two stylists yesterday and a bit of a wait but I expected that. The background music was so loud and blaring, it gave me a major headache.
A hairdressers is supposed to be somewhere to go to be "pampered" if that is the correct word but this was torture!
Eventually the lady invited me to a chair and asks what I wanted. I explained I wanted a "wet cut". I wanted it cut shortish and nicely layered (meaning layered/blended) and tidy. She took me to the wash bowls, put a very small tatty bit of thin towel / cloth around my shoulders which I thought looked very trashy. She washed my hair then we went back to the chair.
She set about cutting my hair. I was very concerned because usually an experienced stylists will be really quick, lifting your hair in sections and clipping quite fast. This lady was very slow and seemed to take ages.
She asked where I wanted my fringe cut so I explained as it grows really fast I wanted it half way between my hairline and eyebrows.
Eventually she finished. I thanked her and she whisked off the gown. She did not show me the back which was a bit worrying. However my Daughter and little Grandson were waiting so I just paid my £22 and left.
I asked my Daughter if my hair looked alright and explained I had not seen the back. She said it was "alright".
When we met up with her partner, he asked "what on earth have you done with your hair?" He took photos of it. Frankly it looks as if someone has got a bowl cut round my head in 3 lines.
My fringe has been left thick and not thinned / blended out and it is a straight line across my forehead, not curved around my face and bone structure.
I have never ever had such a dreadful haircut and will be raising a complaint.
I won't be going back - it used to be a brilliant place for me to just drop in and have my hair cut when I felt well enough to go out but never again.
As my Daughter pointed out, I am always putting my family first and helping them, especially this year with my new Grandson, it is the first time in months I have actually thought to do something and treat myself. She and her partner both said I do not deserve the dreadful haircut.

I found a hairdresser that knew instantly what I wanted and I've been going to her since 2020. Although she seemed very busy each time I went, she managed to squeeze me in and each time I went, say every 4-6 months she would charge me more for the same thing. Last time I paid £40 for a wash and cut, no blow-dry and I was too embarrassed to ask why, as the website states it should be between £25-£30. In my opinion, the price is not justified, I'm not going back as I found an alternative where I pay the same and I don't have to wait an hour or more, I can book and appointment and get more quality service for the price.
