My niece is navigating the exciting time of finding her signature scent. Nazifa was so so kind, patient, warm and friendly with us all. She made recommendations by judging my niece's preferences and listening to her. She was so knowledgeable. During the interaction we were upsold a travel perfume atomiser and it made perfect sense for our situation and I was very happy to even buy us one each.
She showed a genuine interest in my niece which was so good for her social development and so kind. We took a while and she still stayed patient throughout and made sure we had exactly what we needed nothing was too much trouble.

Great piercing experience
"I rate my earrings five stars. Thank you!" - this was my daughter's review of her ear piercing!
We had my daughter's ears pierced by Jen at the Stanway Superdrug branch in Colchester (store 1732) and she was so kind. She went out of her way to help us and make sure my daughter was happy with her new earrings. She even went out of her way to cheer up my son, who was not even getting his ears pierced. Fantastic service from an amazing employee
