Exchange refused
I bought a Sudafed nasal spray in store Salisbury to find out it was the wrong one , the box unopened . I was told that as it was a medical product I couldn’t exchange or refund .I looked for conditions of sale /refund /exhange at the point of sale in both Salisbury stores and there was no indication of exchange conditions .Lesson learned , ask first however it took two staff members to decide in both stores

Westway Cross branch
I mostly shop at the Westway Cross branch of Superdrug. The store had a great range of products with helpful staff. One staff member, Destiny, is particularly knowledgeable about products on the skin care and make up side. She has advised me on more than one occasion when I asked about products for sensitive skin. All the products I purchased have worked well so thanks for the advice, Destiny! In addtion, other staff members, Dina and Malachi, are also friendly and helpful. The store has many offers and competes well, in regards to cost, with the large Boots store, which is just a few steps away. I understand that space is limited in the front of the store for promotions, but it can feel a little overcrowded by the exit.
