Ordering on the website was extremely…

Ordering on the website was extremely easy. Goods arrived in a good timeframe & were extremely well packaged. I have several Superdry coats, all of which are fantastic quality. Will certainly purchase again in the future

A++ site

I have used this site twice now with excellent results. I’m totally impressed with the thorough feedback on processing of products. Also, really speedy delivery with plenty of notification. I admire the professionalism of this company and it’s service providers. Will definitely be shopping there regularly - feel very at ease and totally happy with purchases.

Great product. Sizing accurate (but had one already so knew it would be).
No problem with delivery. Could have maybe been a day or so sooner but relying on Australia Post

Filling in the order form online was…

Filling in the order form online was user friendly. I liked being kept in touch with progress and of course receiving the item on the Friday as you said it would. I do get a little anxious when ordering online, Although 90% of me was confident my hoddie would arrive, I must admit I was preparing for the 10%. When I heard the knock on the door and it was the courier lady (very pleasant) with package in hand I was very happy. However silly me ordered the wrong size XL. I chose XL because I actually bought another superdry hoddie a few days earlier at the Oslo Central station, however this is not your problem. Overall excellent service and great selection of product. When are you guys coming to NZ??? Regards John
