Security tag left in item pocket
I liked the items I bought, I did not like setting off the security alarms in every shop I went in and out of after my purchase due to there being a security tag left in one of the side pockets. I was stopped and searched multiple times which was embarrassing, I checked the items and couldn't find any tags in the usual places, it was only when I wore the pants a few days late that I discovered a tag in one of the pockets.

Had the coat delivered to the shop, took my order number, less than 5 mins got it packed well easy as that good service would recommend
I already knew what I was going to…
I already knew what I was going to purchase as well as collecting a parcel that I had ordered. I feel that the Manchester branch always lacks in customer service and care. I try not shop at this branch as it needs more improvement on the staff engaging more with there customers and not talking with other staff when they know the store has customer browsing. Also I would say there is know meet or greet at the entrance of the store where this can make the customer feel welcome and hopefully also purchase a product from the store.

Christmas gift not arriving on time
I ordered a coat in store on the iPad 8 days before Christmas day, as a gift for my daughter, and the store assistant assured me that it would arrive in time for Christmas as things usually takes 3–5 working days to arrive. However, the coat did not arrive until the 28th December.
I understand that this could be the delivery company's fault rather than Superdry's, but if the store assistant had not assured me it would arrive before Christmas, I would have made arrangements to buy another gift for my daughter – I was sure that the coat would arrive in time so I did not plan to buy her something else in its place, so she had no gift to open on Christmas day.
On top of this, I felt that the store assistants were rude and unprofessional. Firstly, for such a large store, it took me a good few minutes to find somebody who worked there to help me – the front half of the store was empty of staff. When somebody did come to the till, I asked her if I could order the coat in another size as I couldn't find the size I wanted in store. She then retrieved the iPad without saying a word to me and brusquely gave me instructions to fill out my details. While I was filling out my details, her and another coworker behind the till started complaining about one of their other coworkers, including many swear words, which felt very unprofessional.

Great Customer Service
Recently ordered a maxi padded coat via the website but was too big. I contacted my local store at Manchester Arndale and asked if they had a smaller size (which they did). They then offered to exchange the coats in store without me having to send mine back. Really helpful and a great help so close to Christmas. I would definitely recommend them.
