Two different size Sliders from instore purchase
I purchased some medium size Superdry sliders for my partner for fathers day, only for him to put them on, on fathers day and them be two different sizes. These were purchased instore and were not checked by the cashier that they were both the same size. I was sceptical when I picked them up, as the hanger they were on had been hand written with size 8/9 on it. So i checked the tag which was attached to the right slider and is said size medium on it. It never occurred to me to check the other slider, as this is a high end store that I assumed would check these sorts of things regularly. This has now inconvenienced myself and my partner, as we are now going to have to return to store and hope that they have a complete set that we can exchange them for.

Poor service
The store was pretty empty, think we me and daughter were the only two in there, but waited so long to be served. The two cashiers were chatting but were obviously to occupied in conversation to notice.
It would help in future if customers were served!

Felt comfortable in the store, nice selection of clothing and the staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable especially considering the quality of the clothing.

Nice shop..Arctic conditions.
