The staff in your bluewater superdry…

The staff in the bluewater superdry store were sitting around chatting & not paying any attention to your customers. When I made my purchase, the store was empty & the woman on the till was half asleep. When I got home to Croydon, I was fuming to discover that the security tag hadn't been removed from my coat & I have no time now before Christmas to go back to bluewater or bromley to get the tag removed. So I am v annoyed to say the least. Why should your staffs incompetence now be my problem???

I wanted a different size than was on…

I wanted a different size than was on the shop floor, cashier asked me to show him where the item was, he then checked if there was one in the size I wanted in the store room. Although it wasn’t available his customer service was good.

buying a new coat

The process was simple enough, I had to find the staff for questions and go to the rear of the store to pay which was ok, not overly welcoming. I did find the layout a little confusing, took a bit of probing to find what I was after

Faulty White Stitching on Green Fleece Top

I ordered two separate Fleece tops on online, the first being too small, a size Small. The stitching around the neck and shoulders were as they should neat without any WHITE stitching showing. I then organise a RETURN online (to Store). Reordering immediate a Medium replacement online. On arrival the Medium had bad stitching around the neck and shoulder area - WHITE stitching visible in contrast to what should be an all Green Fleece. Again, immediately had to organise a RETURN online, to store. I drove to a shopping mall in Kent, to exchange and purchase the Medium they had in stock. Sadly, the Fleece they had in stock had the identical Faulty Stitching. I left the Mall in Kent, and headed to London, Oxford Street. Where my final purchase was satisfied. Note. Even at the Oxford Street store, Faulty Stitching could be seen in similar items. Quality Control is a definite issue and needs greater attention on the part of Superdry. My issue is Time Wasted, and travel expense, due to faulty quality standards.
