I ordered the t-shirt in a size 16. I loved it, but it was too big. They didn't have it in a smaller size in store, so I ordered a size 14 on-line. It's perfect 👌🏻.

Fast efficient and friendly:)
I had to reorder a smaller size and style! Ended up with 4 coats lol! Took 3 back to the store in Bournemouth:) He was great! Very humorous, funny, patient and efficient! Money came back to.my account quickly! I gather that member of staff was working his last day as he was changing jobs! What a great guy! Efficient customer service and delivery good!
