Great service
Great service. We found a coat we liked in the store, but they didn’t have the size we needed so a very kind and friendly girl working in the shop, ordered it on line and we had it delivered to our house. We then had to change it again for a different size and it was easy to do. We have received the coat today and my son loves it. Just in time for the cold weather. Very warm and smart.

Friendly professional and speedy service! Cargo pants were just the fit I was after. I couldn’t at first find what I was after in store but everyone was very helpful and delivery was quick. So thrilled that I ordered another pair in a different colour.

Excellent service
The Cambridge Superdry store didn't stock the item I was looking for but the very helpful sales assistant ordered it for me for home delivery. I was kept fully up to date with the progress of the order, which was delivered 2 days later. I was very impressed.

Easy return
I had to return a pair of trainers as they were too small. The process was very straightforward. The shop assistant in the Cambridge store was very helpful and friendly. I bought a lovely, cosy v necked jumper instead.
