Unfortunately your online services seem much more interested in reminding me to review and selling me other items than actually getting in touch to tell me when my order is going to arrive. Sell, sell, sell; once we have your money, we don’t follow up on our promises. Not what I had expected from a supposedly reputable store. Never mind. Other brilliant brands are available.

Our local superdry store in Canterbury, an assistant was very helpful when shopping for my 16yr old son, fetching the correct sizes for us and ordering some trousers. She also suggested other styles that he might like. Delivery of the order followed a few days later. One very happy teenager.
