Honestly.l went to your shop for womens Afghan coat and was told bigger size on line.well there is not .biggest size 16 which fits snug as 14.so please tell me why do you not do bigger sizes.really not happy about this

Great friendly service & dog friendly!!
My lovely Afgan coat that was a Christmas present from my Fiance had to be exchanged for the next size up, so we went along to the Canterbury shop & my Fiance waited outside with the dog & I went in yo see if there was any bigger sizes & unfortunately there wasn't! Looking prob sad & gutted one of the super Shop Assistants came over to me asking if she could help, I explained & she said no problem we will look & order it on line, asking if I had the card it was purchased on, I said I would send in my other half as he was outside with the dog, surprisingly she quickly said, dogs are allowed in, go & get them. Everything was then sorted & ordered & reluctantly I had to leave my beautiful coat behind, but less than 4 days my replacement one turned up, I was so happy & excited as I could wear it out on New Years Eve!!
