I collected it the next day. Superb jacket. Even better service. Very very pleased with Superdry. My first port of call from here on in.

Shop assistant very helpful
Shop assistant very helpful. When they didn’t have the product in the shop I want to purchase, she suggested that I have it delivered foc to my home address, which I did. It arrived two days later, ready for Christmas.

In store order incorrect
I did this order in store as they did not have the cargo pants I wanted. The staff member was extremely helpful and friendly and offered to the order for me. The delivery has now arrived but the cargo’s are NOT what I showed him in the store. They are a different style and colour. I am really disappointed as things are busy enough at this time of year without having to do things twice. I now have to arrange for a return and re order my original which at the moment is not in stock.

Product us a present so cannot rate jumper but it looks good.
