I went to SuperDry in Cheltenham. They didn’t have the size of jacket I was looking for, but they had a medium that I could try on. The lady on the till very quickly arranged for one to be delivered to home. Great service.

Excellent service as usual
I ordered 4 coats online to give me a decent choice knowing that it was likely that I would only keep one.
I am lucky to have a Superdry store in Cheltenham where I was able to return 3 coats. The service in the store was excellent and painless as usual. It only took a few minutes to go through the process.

Worst ordering experience since years
Worst ordering experience since years. Ordered a knitted sweater last Sunday via Zalando (dropshipping). Until now, only a DHL label was created Superdry Cheltenham but no parcel was handed over for delivery. I think this is not state of the art in 2025. At least an info about a delay or something would be cool and helpful, but no.

The coat is very nice and warm probably best thing for the winter good length very good quality loss of pocket but the shame I expecting inside pocket as well but there is no inside pocket for bankcard or things like that but otherwise is hundred percent good quality coat for winter
