The jacket came timely and well
The jacket came timely and well
Packaged and delivered. I really liked the jacket except that it is not smooth, it is wrinkled and I don’t know what to do. Taking it to the dry cleaners am afraid it might be tampered with. If I should iron it myself am not sure it will smoothen the roughness of the jacket.
I have to give it 5 stars nevertheless because I liked it.

A fantastic customer service! 5star plus!
Looking after their customers and helping them. Emails are personalised, replied with care and detailed explanation. Evri has lost my return parcel. There was no reply from evri, no option to speak with human, all emails, chat box and phone calls are automated. I lost hopes to receive a refund. Thanks god parcel was not of great value. I have emailed Superdry customer services to explain the situation. I didn’t expect such a good gesture from Superdry. Customer service agent Maria E took her time to reply and explain everything in details and has issued a refund for the parcel that was lost by Evri. I am very thankful for Maria E for her time and help. I can see big difference between 2 companies: Evri is avoiding to help its customers and Superdry is strongly focused on how to help its customers. Superdry provides bespoke services to the customers by dealing with issues individually.

Return clothing for correct size…
Return clothing for correct size required that I pay for courier from my pocket which is strange for an online retailer.
Soon after I spent that money, instead of getting me a correct size they just canceled my order.
This means I paid 5000 which I immediately lost when order was canceled.
Superdry is a scam, for sure.

This is the scenario in which an order would be cancelled. For a speedier exchange, one could go in store and have the exchange done subject to stock or request a new parcel to be sent home (online).
