Wrong size, bad return experience
Return experience not great and needs improvement. Ordered size xl received s, how you can go so wrong. Also ordered on collection basis thinking im in the town so suits better, now have to travel back because wrong size was send. Return options, none unless ordered for delivery. So now have to waste my time to go back to store because of your fault and more likely wont have size that I need therefore will have order elsewhere.

Best Shopping Experience Ever!
I had the best experience today, in Colchester. I underestimated how cold it was, today, and was looking for gloves. An amazing assistant picked up on this instantly, and directed me to the perfect pair!
Her colleagues were equally seamless!

The worst customer service EVER experienced
The customer service advisor was rude - when I asked to speak with a manager about the fault on my current coat the advisor was on her phone messaging and didn't explain who she was messaging - the manager never came down despite a promise to and eh advisor told me there was nothing they could do with the fault on my coat! NEVER again will I purchase or recommend Superdry to anyone, sorry but you asked

I would have preferred the item of clothing to be wrapped in tissue paper to protect it from damage/contamination from other purchases. Some brands do this automatically.
