I bought the jacket for my son, who really likes Superdry. He tells me the jacket is very warm, which is reassuring for me, as I wouldn't want him to be cold. It was easy to order online and to collect from the local Superdry shop.

Colchester as always was very helpful. Let me try on the items I’d purchased online and return what didn’t fit all in the same visit. The staff are great for recommending items that are new in store so picked up some ideas to add to my Christmas wish list!

Colour matching
Due to not stocking all the joggers with matching coloured hoodies in store the staff were very helpful in helping me order the correct colour. I really like the fact that there is no delivery charge if you order in the store.
