Had an online order, a store return and a store C&C. Great service with all 3 and very quick too. Friendly colleagues in store made the process very slick and professional.

I ordered 8 different tops online using your size guide, unfortunately nothing quite fitted. So I went into my local store in Colchester, on a Sunday morning, to hopefully change some sizes and return some unwanted. The girl working in the men's area was amazing helpful, although none of the item I wished to change the sizes of were in stock, she's returned all my items then re-ordered the correct sizes which arrived in a couple of days. I didn't catch her name but I was very impressed. It was on Sunday 1st May.

I don’t often get to a Superdry shop but I recently visited the Colchester branch and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They offered to help me find items I was specifically looking for and got me different colours to try.

Most of my purchases are online. I don’t often have to return an item, but when I do, it’s really easy.

I usually check reviews because the sizing can vary. However, I find consistency when it comes to quality and the clothes wash well.

I ordered the shirt one evening and paid for faster delivery. I was informed it may take a couple of days because you were extremely busy. I got notification to say it had been dispatched, and then a few days later I got an email from you Saying you acknowledged the item had successfully been returned because it was the wrong size. I’m not sure how I could determine if it was the wrong size if the item had never actually been delivered for me to try on. And even now I’m getting emails from you asking how i rate the shirt…. Terrible service. If you had simply emailed me to say the item was no longer in stock, or was no longer available that would have been fine but to send me emails saying it had been returned by me because it was the wrong size……

Went to Superdry Colchester today not expecting they would be able to help me with an online return. I was surprised and thrilled that the team took the time to listen and do what they could to help me. Because of this I will recommend Superdry and will continue to shop with them - although I may only shop instore now! Thankyou team Colchester, beyond awesome

Tried a Large on in store and quite tight, tried an XL in store of another colour and fitted perfectly, so ordered an XL from Superdry Online Store. When it arrived it clearly was tagged as an XL but the fitting was a large, so quite dissappointed how they can get their sizes mixed up

Great coat really warm and very helpful staff from Colchester store

Item I wanted was not available in my local store, however the assistant ordered the item for me to be delivered to my house, which he said would be about 9 days. It however came within 3 days and was well packaged and communicated with email updates along the way.

The item itself is of fantastic quality and feels really well put together. Yes the price is a little higher then other brands but it feels and looks like the money is worth it,

combine with great service we are very happy. Keep up the good work Superdry

Order quick and easy

Excellent in store service from the young lady who served me in your store in Colchester .
She helped with finding what I needed as this particular item was not in stock in the shop.
She then searched on line and ordered it to be delivered to my address. The delivery was prompt well wrapped in what was recyclable packaging which was very good to see

I went into Superdry Colchester branch Mon 25 October with my husband who is in a wheelchair. Although the doorway is huge, both sides of the entrance was almost blocked by far too many full clothes rails and display units. It was almost impossible for my husband to get in the store and navigate around the store without moving or banging into each rail. I complained to the shop assistant who just gave me a dirty look and said, "oh sorry!" Then walked away. She could have asked us what we wanted to buy and assist us. We finally bought a coat after 3 coats fell on my husband and he nearly knocked over coat stand. On the way out a shop a assistant sarcastically sniped behind our back "oh! He got his coat then!" Not only is it a fire hazard! It's outrageous! Disabled people like shopping too! My husband was so embarrassed and upset. He wanted to shop online but planned a day out specifically to go to Superdry to buy a winter coat. He felt humiliated. I'm disgusted! I messaged fb Superdry and was advised to email hq, which I have. I have no idea if the clothes are good, I just wanted to get out of the shop, without anything else falling on my husband!
