Lovely shoes! Not great customer service at the store
I love the sneakers I purchased, got it on sales, great value for money. But when I went to pick it up the staff at the shop were unfriendly, almost as though they didn’t want me in there…. Strange

The jacket was great but unfortunately it was a little shorter on me than I had expected so I returned it to the local store rather than post it back. The process was easy and I received a text from.paypal and Superdry within a few minutes to say it was in the process of being refunded ...happy and helpful assistant too

Excellent customer service
I bought two items online which didn’t fit unfortunately but the returns process was a breeze and I was able to return the items on two occasions to my local store in Colchester. Both times the staff were extremely professional, polite and friendly.

I have had a great experience with Superdry, both online and in-store. The service I received was exceptional and I was impressed with the quality of the clothes. They are not only fashionable, but also comfortable and practical, making them worth every penny. My friends have also commented on how great the clothes look.

He quickly and efficiently took me through the process and the jacket was delivered recently and l am extremely happy with it, thanks again to that member of staff.
