Excellent customer service

Staff were excellent.
Pleasant and very helpful.

It was very easy to pick up order from the shop. They sent me an e-mail when it had arrived.

the shop assistant was helpful but respectful at the same time. She was friendly and approachable.

On returning my initial order to the store, to then collect my replacement size I’d ordered online, I was greeted with a rude assistant who seemed adamant I’d worn the coat. She asked my reason for returning and my response was that it was too big. Upon inspection the coat she went on to ask if I’d worn it. No, because it’s too big. Hence why I had immediately ordered another size and driven into town to collect it. She then removed the tag from the coat and advised she needed to “talk to her manager” and disappeared out the back. No reason was given as to why. Her attitude stank. Zero eye contact throughout and clearly didn’t want to be there. I spend a lot of time and money in your stores and this level of customer service and bad attitude has completely put me off.

I bought a Gillet from the Crawley store on the 7th of feb 2024 , when I returned home 30mins later I found that the security tag had not been removed.! so I had to return back to the store to get it removed, when I asked the assistant manager for some good will gesture 10% off a future purchase I was told bluntly that wast not possible and experienced a general poor attitude towards me as a customer.

Helpful, friendly staff. Reserved my coat over the phone. Great coat, good weight, very thick & well padded. Perfect for the extreme cold weather we're having at the moment,kept me lovely & warm. Not been tested in rain yet.

I just love Superdry for the quality of product the wide range of products , the layout of the stores , my store is Creepy Crawley , the staff are friendly and helpful , I cannot walk past the bloody shop without going in and cannot come out the bloody shop not having purchased something, I hate the prices though but I guess you pay for quality , oh and I did help flush out a shop lifter in my last visit .
