Was helped to choose a coat by a friendly staff member who had good knowledge of stock.
Quality of coat I purchased is great, it looks good and is comfortable and warm.
I have also purchased 2 more coats from this store in the past couple of months for my children, each time we have had good service from staff.

Sizing bad.
Service was very good. I ordered a next size up, but it was the same as the size below. I don't buy much from superdry because everything seems to come up smaller than other shops. I won't bother ordering online again.

Winter Coat

Great service
I got the coat and it was too big for me the size 8 would have been the right size not 10 and in the shorter version. I went to the nearest shop in Crawley, the person at the till was very kind and helpful, refunded the money and I got it the next day on my account, as I was at the shop I tried a couple long warm coat and took the Everest one as it is what I need against cold and rain and I am very happy with it.😀

It was so nice to be assisted with staff that were able to hold a conversation and assist me with my purchases and conduct a stock check. All were so helpful and the store atmosphere is spot on and welcoming. Such a wide range of choice , Highly recommend
