Excellent shirt, shirt looks really good on, even with the double denim look. I'm a size 16 fitted well so true to size. Quality is really good. Worth the purchase.
Initially at this branch no one on the first floor in the women section when I went downstairs to the men section they were helpful and found the item.

Ease of ordering online
Ease of ordering online, although I would have preferred click and collect, but it wasn't available because it had to come from the warehouse. I ordered two sizes of same thing and returned one item back to store. Refund back to my card was quick. The item I kept is of good quality and I'm happy with purchase.

I informed her I was there to collect an order which she kindly went to collect from upstairs whilst I wondered around the store. She came and found me to give me my order and offered further assistance. Great overall customer experience and the item was exactly what I wanted.
