As always superdry have great speedy delivery to shop. Love super dry. Dundee staff are very professional, and always sooo helpful. My husband mucked up a gift card and they phoned customer services for us and sorted it out without question. Not all shops take ownership of problems like that. Thank you team Dundee ❤️

I had a very positive experience on the 29th Jan. I was in the Dundee store looking for sliders and the female sales assistant was so helpful. She went into the store room and brought all the available pairs out for me to look at. I purchased one of those but she then ordered a second pair online to be delivered to my house for free. These arrived 3 days later.
I was very impressed with the customer service; she could not do enough for me and I will def be back in the store soon. Thank you 😊

I’ve placed several orders online and an order that arrived was short of items. Very frustrating trying to get through to your online advisors. Such a shame you have done away with the customer calls centre. I called the branch where my delivery was delivered to and the young girl that worked out was absolutely fantastic, she called her head office and had everything sorted out the next day, and my missing items arrived at the store for me to collect the young girl at the Dundee Overgate store deserves a medal
