Easy to order and very fast delivery. I collected on the shop and the staff members were very friendly. I came back to buy another pair of flip flops. 5 stars for the staff members!

Visited the Edinburgh superdry store to make my purchase of a pair of replacement summer shorts. I was so happy with my first orange heavy duty cotton shorts I had to buy another. Hope they last just as well and as long .

Staff were really lovely, just genuinely nice people, they weren’t fake nice, they just genuinely wanted to help and make you have a good day, absolutely amazing, and fully told me about returns when I asked for the receipt which was awesome because that was my next question!

Two times I sent items back I was not sent the confirmation. At least two weeks after I sent it back still not recieved the money back . Interestingly when I sent things back I was refused a receipt when returning item back . I will now try to contact Superdrug tonight I’m looking for proof before going to trading standards luckily I took a photo of the conputer confirming I returned things .

Coat felt too bulky but return was straightforward and refund quick.

Bought the same coat in December got it in a different colour nice and neat so warm looks good

I needed to return and was looking for a size of other items which were not in stock online. She gave great advice and was extremely helpful. Can't remember her name it was early in the morning, last week, think it was a short name

i have been in the store recently a few times and never find any staff on the floor, none on any occasion whatever. recently i collected a pair of trainers and there were 3 staff members at the till all serving just one customer laughing! they couldn't at first find the goods having told me on the phone they weren't there when they were! last visit was better albeit still no one about - a haven for shoplifters as its quite dark. i generally like teir stuff though, usually find something.

Great coat. Really warm and at a really good price.

Ordered gloves online on the 16th Jan to be picked up In store in Edinburgh but not received any update on when to collect?

Also your store located for Edinburgh is out of date.
