I never received refund
I received the products I ordered on time. However, the return/refund was not so easy. I returned the products the day I received them because the size was not correct. I did not receive any confirmation of the arrival of the return and the processing of the returns, nor did I receive a refund. I guess this would be expected in 1 month they would have had time. I was unable to speak to customer service, I could not find a phone number or email address on the site. The customer service help page does not work through the superdry website. It really seems that the products have arrived but they do not want to pay me the value I am due. I will probably never buy from them again.
The company should pay more attention to customer satisfaction and shorten the processing time and refund.
