Fabulous !
I went into the T3 Heathrow store and they didn’t have the jacket I wanted in my size. The lovely lady manager and staff helped me order it for home delivery on the shop lap top. It arrived in a few days, very well packaged too.
Jacket is such good quality. I love it.

Great service, website is very user friendly. Goods dispatched almost immediately. Customer service online chat is really helpful and professional. I have purchased 3 jackets, all really great quality. Returned 1 as it was too small, re ordered it in a larger size. Returns was very simple
