Great service, very quick delivery to store. When my item came, it did have a hole in the pocket, which meant that I did have to return it and buy a new one. I have opened the new one, and that seems to be all OK, thankfully! Staff inshore were very lovely, and had great customer service skills. Would recommend, even though if is quite expensive.

Ordered online and got a 20% discount as received a code after registering. Next day was available for collection at store.
Went in to collect which was quick and staff friendly.

Quality is too good

The young gentleman was very helpful and ordered my tops in store for me I don’t find it easy ordering on the internet to obtain the discount

Great service in the shop as they didn’t have my size we asked and it was ordered right away and delivery was quicker than expected

Don't buy from them. Returned an item in good faith with a fault at purchase with proof of purchase and I was treated like a child by the woman in the store. She was rude, disrespectful and had zero customer service skills. She shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers. Oh ... and she was a supervisor. So clearly this company are happy to place someone in charge whose ego is more important than resolving a customer issue. She couldn't even apologise when presented with the facts off her own company's website, she insisted she was right. Appalling experience

Excellent customer service at the high Wycombe store in Buckinghamshire resolved my problem straight away.

Still waiting for the order or response to my email. Almost a month now.

clothes came before expected

Easy to order, quick delivery. Item is nice and fits well.

Staff are so rude.

The only reason I shopped in here was because I had gift vouchers otherwise I’d have taken my money elsewhere.

Staff within Wycombe store were excellent, incredibly friendly and helpful.
Got item ordered to my home and arrived as expected. Son was thrilled with it on Xmas day.

The ordering was easy and went to High Wycombe branch quickly. When I went to collect it however there seemed to be just 2 staff in the shop. They had togo upstairs to collect orders so was really quite slow and I was holding queue up.

In store when the item I wanted wasn’t in stock the young man was more than helpful and very pleasant

The staff were very helpful in looking on- line to find a tracksuit women’s top in the colour & size I wanted - this wasn’t available in the shop. He ordered it for me and found out the last date after Christmas for returns.
Parcel was delivered very quickly. Hope it fits my daughter! Not absolutely sure of the date of this.

To be honest, I'm extremely disappointed. I got the product on time, was happy on the delivery and all. But the quality of the jacket i got was bad. I just used one week and the thread already started coming out. This is not the quality i expected from super dry. Kindly let me know if i got the damaged product.
