Could have easily been better service today...
Love the shop we are frequent shoppers here..though all that stood out were coats this month not much male clothing too And sorry but this time round service wasn't that impressive wasn't at all pleased how I was treated though can't expect that in all shops young lady must have got out wrong side of bed that morning/afternoon sorry but it needed to be said.

Very polite and helpful
The employee was very helpful with any questions we had? lovely and friendly and very polite nothing was to much of a bother
We first asked if they had an item in a bigger size and they were very prompt on having a look and informing us if they had or not. I settled on a very nice coat she was very helpful with this purchase and gave me the information we needed if we every had any concerns or if the item every needed to be returned for any reason.
I would be happy to shop in this store again.
