Good service - I often purchase garments from SUPERDRY and the customer service is very good. Staff are helpful and polite.

Our Kingston store is the best thanks to the knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff.
Boyfriend was dithering between two jackets and staff member help him decide (the one I liked!)
Love the Superdry style generally which is utilitarian and cool. Works for all ages (including us 50+)

I really love the clothes and the designs I love the creativity and how many options and styles I have of clothes the staff were also really kind

I am 6'5" tall and have difficulty sometimes with getting decent clothes, but what purchased fitted perfectly. Also the member of staff was extremely helpful as I'm disabled.

I liked the environment and the product. I felt the jeans I bought were a reasonable price. The only “gripe” id have is just how cramped the store felt. everything was super close together and it was a little overwhelming, but I dont feel a star deserves to be lost for just that. :)

Staff were friendly and efficient. The store itself is very crowded with merchandise, not all of it where you might expect. I think a layout rethink would make the store more user friendly. Products were exactly what I wanted and seem to be reasonable quality.

The lady who worked at Kingston Bentall centre branch on the 31st of july 2025 was ultra rude and looked down upon me as a customer.

She thought she was clever and smart when infact she was down right disgusting.

I bought two pairs of shorts totally £98 both 34 waist, one fitted perfect the over 34 was like a pair of kids short way to small.

A massive drama from a three day old purchase.

Ordered a dress in store that should have been delivered by now so nothing to rate as yet!
Haven’t received a shipping email and seems to be some confusion as to whether being delivered to the store or my home.
I asked for home delivery and checked with the shop assistant who took the order who said it is home delivery.
Doesn’t seem that’s the case and now I will have to go all the way back to the store which to collect my order. Not good

Always seems to be someone on hand to help which is often not the case, for instance Next is very understaffed and non service orientated.

Good attentive staff including the security guard to show me to the right area within the store.
