Very helpful staff and clean store
We arrived in the store looking to replace a wool sweatshirt jumper that my son had outgrown. Sadly they did not make that one anymore but we found an alternative. Whilst we were there the young lady who served us looked up what was available and also helped us with a winter jacket for him. The store was tidy and clean and the staff were very helpful. We will definitely shop there again.

The service by the agent at the store was exceptional. He showed me where I could find what I was looking for - in a very large store - and he had good product knowledge. I had no idea of the range Superdry sold.

Great sales assistant in store was very…
The sales assistant in store was very helpful, she checked stock and the shop floor looking for the correct size. Eventually through her perseverance she found it on a new stock intake. I got the shirt I was after and Superdry got a sale.
