Good Quality at a sensible prices

My eldest son likes your hoodies. He has high functioning autism and due to the loud music is unable to come to your shop. Even though I am not neurodiverse I found the choice of music and volume very stressful and didn't not enjoy the experience. The music made me feel rushed and I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. I did buy a hoodie but would have bought more items. I did mention to tge shop assistant how unpleasant I found it. He was less than concerned.

Excellent customer service in both Lakeside and o2 stores. Really helpful staff, polite, courteous and willing to help.

A good selection of men’s clothes for my husband

After returning an unwanted gift (a jacket) I chose two dresses as an exchange. One of the dresses in my size was not in stock. I was told I was not allowed to order it as part of my exchange and to choose something else. Then had to get something I didn’t really need. Then one of the dresses is now falling apart after one wash. Use to love Superdry I have many excellent clothes from there. My daughter loves there products too, but very disappointed recently.

Great experience, had an item delivered after ordering instore, also reserved an item for collection in another store, both went really well..

Jacket was priced wrong and we got charged a different price. Pretty sure that's not ok.
Spoke to the sales lady and they were aware but would not sell it at the correct price.

Big store, lots of choice and sizes. I found the layout of clothing seemingly disorganised I.e. coats in all different areas of the store. I also found it difficult to get the buggy round the shop and it's just a single regular sized one. Finally the lighting was a but dim but I love the brand and the staff were friendly.

See at front of store 3for £50 had a look. My Husband liked some of the colours,tried a size on cos not all stores are to size , but super dry was . So we bought the three T/shirts very pleased with purchase.

One bad apple spoils the whole bag of fruit! Unfortunately this was our experience at the Lakeside shopping centre.
We went into the changing rooms, the two shop assistants were chatting so loudly, very foal mouthed. Constant swearing, so bad and embarrassing to listen too, I had to tell my teenage daughter to leave the clothes and we will buy the rest she liked online or go to a different shop as I could not stomach listening or my daughter to hear what they were talking about.
Very disappointing as the Rest of the staff on the floor was absolutely lovely, very helpful and kind. Shame what we experienced in the changing rooms.
