Alex was amazing, not too pressured but able to answer all of my questions. This salesperson deserves a promotion (or at least a pay rise). Happy and personable, one of the better customer experiences I've had recently.

5he level of customer service I received was fantastic, we was served be Muhsin and his service was outstanding, friendly, informative and so helpful. I hope his manager can be informed as he really deserves some credit for this. It is all too often people write to complain and never to complement. So credit where credit isdue. Well done to him on making our shopping experience such a pleasant one .

Top quality clothing
My husband was looking to purchase some clothes we didn’t know there was a Superdry store in lakeside as it was our first time going there. My husband loved your clothes it’s the only clothes he feels comfortable in so he was really happy with his purchases. Staff was brilliant, friendly and helpful. We will visit again soon.

Good choice of shorts
I’ve been looking for cargo shorts for the last few weeks online and many of the high street stores, but they either come down past my knees or the leg openings are bigger than the waist size. In the past I’ve found Superdry clothing comes up smaller for my rotund size, but almost as a last resort I thought I would try again and was surprised to find what I was looking for, great fitting cargo shorts, the right length and no danger of being able to get both legs in one legs opening.
The staff were helpful, cheerful and friendly.
