Bought a dress in superdry Oxford Street without trying it on. It was too big, so took it to a different branch to exchange. Branch didn’t have it, so the staff member on the till refunded me and ordered it online while i was there with free postage. Really friendly staff and made it really easy.

Very comfortable and smart-looking coat. I bought the beige version. Lots of useful pockets inside and outside. The built-in semi-glove is a nice touch for not so cold but cold enough days to have something over your hands. The stiff (as in shaped) hood sits nicely over the head to keep rain and wind out. I like that the hood is part of the coat and not buttoned on (which I have in another coat where the hood easily catches and pops off). The coat is big enough to wear over a jacket. The staff were also helpful in identifying the right coat in the first place once I explained I wanted the warmest one that could be worn in the rain.

Loved the gilet but it was too long for me
I returned it but for some strange reason couldn’t find my receipt on my phone
Lovely sales advisor looked it up for me , had to do it twice as didn’t come up first way, found it and refunded my money
She also turned screen round and advised me to take photo ..n thank you 10 stars 🌟

The lovely lady at Lakeside was amazing. They didn’t have the size we wanted so she checked online, said that it could be delivered free of charge, the item arrived two days later. Fantastic service.

Very quick delivery and the product is amazing. I ordered a long gilet and it’s fantastic. Received a ton of compliments.

The goods are quality products an I’ve never been let down on my visits to Superdry, the staff as usual have always been very friendly an helpful, one of my top shops.

Not sure of the name of the girl who served us, but she was friendly, helpful and efficient. A credit to the brand

I tired to buy the jacket for my wife at Lakeside store however they didn't have the correct size so I ordered the size I wanted (US 14). However after few days UK 14 was delivered to me. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for her and now I don't even know how to exchange or return this item as no clear details are provided.

I bought a jacket from lakeside store ,beacuse the size I wanted was not available they asked me to buyfrom their online store app, As it was not on offer they forced me to do it online and promised me to bring it back foe price reduction. I asked the girl twice and then speak to the manager and they both assured me they will reduce the price once I receive my jacket back to store. When I went their after receiving my jacket, they refused straight away, said its not in offer now so we can't do that. NOW i want to know, What kind of promise they did to me!?? Fake people. Very f

The guy in the store was called Alex he was great.

Both members of staff were slow to engage, they seemed more interested in tidying up and using a tablet. Once I was being served the young girl was polite and helpful. Overall not particularly impressed with service
