My item still hasn’t arrived despite…
My item still hasn’t arrived despite the staff in store promising it would arrive for the 21st December. I went in store to ask where the item was and they fobbed me off saying I needed to go on line. The queue online was ridiculous and when I eventually got through they couldn’t help. Worst customer service.

Waterproof coat
Fantastic service. Ordered my coat one day and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately had to return as too tight. Return was easy online and exchange requested for bigger size. Text messages we received to track return and received the exchange day after!! Coat fits lovely great styling with lots of pockets which I like and is fabulous. Cosy and warm and waterproof. Good competitive prices. Also washable. Can’t fault Superdy.

Excellent service. The Leeds store staff went out of their way to find exactly what I was looking for while holding friendly conversation. I was extremely impressed at how on both my visits both sets of staff we’re immensely helpful and friendly. Made shopping a total delight.

Tshirts all ordered same size and as per size guide. 2 fit OK. 1 would be too tight on a small person. Why are all sizes not the same.

We are sorry to hear of your unhappiness with the sizing of our products.
As there are no official British guidelines on sizing, interpretations do vary between companies. Superdry is notoriously a slim fitting brand, which may mean that some customers do choose to go up a size compared to when they shop with other retailers.
It is also possible for two products of the same size to differ slightly in size depending on how each item is designed to fit. For example, two T-shirts in a size M will fit differently if one is a slim/tailored fit and the other is designed to be a box/baggy fit.
We still however want it to be easy for our customers to pick the right size for them, so we regularly run ‘fit’ sessions to ensure our sizing is consistent and in line with the rest of the market as possible. We also include a ‘fit finder’ on each product page on our website to help our customers pick the correct size when shopping online.
We welcome all customer feedback and appreciate that the time you have taken to review us. It is through feedback such as yours that we can address areas for improvement and continue to meet our customer’s needs.

Great shopping experience and good quality purchases.
Michael at your Leeds store is amazing and a huge thanks for your help on Saturday. You spent the best part of an hour in store with us helping my teenage son to buy jeans, t shirts, polo shirts, sliders and a bag. He is now college ready and the time spent in store was very productive.

Love the store
Always friendly, always helpful staff. The shop floor a little packed and not very easy to find something specific but the staff member is always on site to help. A little to work on is: Till service a little slow and the lighting in changing rooms a bit dull. I am a forequarter visitor/customer to the store and love it

Easy in store click and collect
I popped into Superdry Leeds to look for some new cargo trousers. Unfortunately they didn't have any in my size, so the store clerk helped me use the click and collect option to deliver a pair to the store that would fit. After a couple of days I got an email and voila I went in the store and picked them up. Staff super helpful and very friendly. Great shopping all round shopping experience
