Firstly they had L & XL in stock. Massive bonus points!!
The staff were fantastic, helpful and welcoming.
Store was exceptionally clean & tidy along with the changing rooms.
All in all a great store

Superdry is an amazing shop,with brilliant prices especially in the sales,, the lady who served me was brilliant, very knowledgeable about the clothes & fit, & told me a couple of jeans to.look at for a perfect fit,just a shame I didnt get her name cuz she was lovely & very helpful,always a pleasure to shop in superdry.

It is good experience this time because we got whatever we popped in for. But the staff all around wasn’t friendly and welcoming. Although we spent more than half an hour to see the stuff but no one came to us to ask any help. Anyway all kind of stuff is well worthy with quality.

Staff friendly and helpful, as wanted to replace my original Superdry jacket that I’ve had for over 20 years! but still in great condition after all these years, hope my new one lasts just as long :) look

Customer service brilliant

The lady who served me missed an item in the basket which was part of 3 for 2 offer and when she realised instead of correcting herself the way she said you have to pay separately for this item because the process to refund the last transaction requires manager’s approval and is a long process. She wasnt helpful and i had to pay for the 3rd product in full even though it was part of 3 for 2 offer and that was the reason i picked up extra product. there was no urge to sort this out and she called manager when i asker her to and since it was taking long i had to tell her that im gonna pay for that item because she mentioned you will be refunded the money but you need to pay again.

The customer adviser was brilliant

I bought for my son the jacket on the 30th dec 2025 and i did not get any notification regarding the purchase as i instructed to be delivered to the store.. after 10 days i had to go to the store to ask for it.. and the workers were very nice.. but am very disappointed about this..

I have ordered this hoodie on line for a Christmas present for my daughter.
It arrived promptly to the store.
Product is superb quality and size true and fitted very well.

Very strange that your store (Leicester) had no sale with reductions only on line. This differed from almost all other stores in the shopping centre. Basically saying don’t buy anything here in the store wait to see what discount there might be online. Also, delivery very slow.

I got a student discount despite not having my ID card

Worth the price.
The material and the shape of the coat keep me warm in extreme English weather conditions.
