Having no luck online with robot chat I contacted the store in Leicester to return my item that was waiting collection. The lady I spoke to was very attentive and refunded me and sorted the return, the refund was in my account the same day. Excellent service.

I was pleasantly surprised to find an evening dress in the shop… I went in looking for a ladies gilet but they did not have any but luckily for me I found a dress to go to a charity ball.
It’s full length green velvet.. reasonable price too.

Straight forward ordering and swift delivery-just what I wanted

I've been buying clothes from the Leicester Superdry store for 6 months and the service from all the staff is always good. I usually order clothes and get them delivered into the store and the process is really straightforward. The quality of Superdry clothes is good and lasts years.

One of the top notch jackets in the market in this price range. It is a fashion-orientated practical jacket for winter. It is not good for trucking or other adventure activities and is not made for it. Feels solid and durable, looks modern and standard, easy to wear and adequately puffy.
The only drawback I found for now, it not fully waterproof, it is fine with splashes and normal rain but not ideal for thunder storms. Overall it it works well with me.🙂

Quality of clothes is great.

But service I received at Leicester store U.K. is shocking.
I ordered 2 coats, at the time I was advised that I can try them in store what I did. While we were in the fitting room 2 young lady came over by telling me off that I’m not allowed to bring coats to the fitting room 💁🏽‍♀️ I said I ordered them so need to see which one suits better but No! Then second lady came over with same talk, so I said where am I supposed to put all the packing she goes on the floor, ON THE SHOP FLOOR! Can you imagine. She continues and said this is shops policy, coats not allowed in fitting rooms, what the heck?! 🤦🏽‍♀️
If this is your policy I ain’t coming back to your store anytime soon!
First time I have visited your store and team made it unbelievably hard, especially for my mum.
Second lady after speaking to a manager came to apologise, she then stood there making situation sooooo uncomfortable and goes, where are you from guys? I replied from Asia, she goes is this where Amazon and rainforests is! I was like WHAT? 🙄😤🫨
I was rushed to leave your store, before someone asks me another question 🙋‍♀️

Check your CCTV if you really that bothered!

Retraining required, policy needs looking at, otherwise I ain’t visiting your store again.

Easy to shop with free delivery at a pick up shop. Great quality clothes friendly staff.

The order was easy to place online, the deliveries were completed within the expected timeframe (slightly sooner for a lot of the clothes which was great), and the quality of the items was good.
Unfortunately, whilst my previously purchase 32 32 mid rise jeans fit well, 32 32 high rise are too small so I had to return almost everything - the returns process in store (Leicester) was very easy, the staff were understanding and polite, and confirmation of the returns was sent immediately - couldn't have asked for a better service.

Ease of use on the website was good, purchase process was easy. collection and trying on the product was easy. Only reason, for not giving a perfect experience, was that at time of purchase on the website, the product would have arrived the next day for pick up from the chosen store. After purchase, when the tracking and proof of sale was received, the product was only due in on the Monday. this meant i had to fetch after work and not over the weekend whilst in city for a shop.

U took extre payment but Ur staff sorted it out for me for money to be refunded thank u

Love my new embroidered jacket, detail is fab, can very useful wearing with different styles.
Don't normally go for Superdry but this was a must!
Even better that was half price too!

went to pick up my order from store, it was about 10 mins before the store was about to close and I was refused entry to the store as it was nearly closing time. Fair play its probably been a long day but I just though that maybe if that person wanted to she could grab my order which was already there instead of asking me to come back. Thats my feedback,
