Superdry - Leicester Reviews 

I returned my original online purchase to the shop in Leicester (highcross) as it was too large and wanted to replace it with a smaller size but at the online price and not the shop price. Both assistants in the shop were exceptional in their manner and helpfulness. They reordered for me and I got the coat 2 days later.

Very happy with my purchase, the sales assistant in store ordered my item for me which was a coat in the size I wanted. The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and gave good advise on coat sizing. Sorry I don’t know his name but he was very helpful a real asset to the store in highcross.

My coat came early and I was happy with the coat. The only thing was the package came damaged, as in the bag that my coat was delivered in was wripped. Other than that no issues.

Not pleased with my superdry hoodie that my parents bought me for Christmas elastic base of the garment badly fraid as a result of first wash have tried to get hold customer service on the online chat without success number 59 in the queue your ref

The collection process was ridiculous. Going through pages if orders to sign mine out. Why not just scan a QR code?

The shop I picked up from hadn’t bothered to check which parcels had arrived. When I did pick up it took 30 minutes to find it. I did click and collect because of the postal strikes.

I ordered 4 different jacket for my wife online so she can choose one so quick delivery we kept one and return the 3 jacket in to the Leicester highcross store staff very helpful and got refund for 3 jacket next day.

I found the staff helpful. The store didn’t have the size I needed but the assistant ordered it for me. I was informed of it’s progress and it arrived in store on the day predicted.

I ordered a jacket to be delivered by 11th November, I went to the shop on 14th having received a distribution email, no jacket, no email update, went to the shop again for collection on the 15th, no jacket. I then received a "refund" email for said jacket stating it was "Too big", I never even received it!!! Apparently the courier did not scan it correctly and it was returned to the warehouse!!! I have numerous items of Superdry, very disappointed with service this time. I was told to order another one, I have no confidence in ever receiving it!!! Invoice number was 32472079 if anyone is interested!!

Brilliant service, both online and instore. Love the quality of their products and especially the Everest coat range. Yes, they are a little pricer than other coats but you pay for quality.
