The staff at the store was very helpful when I initially called. I had a vague idea what I was looking for but the assistant at the store really put himself out trying to find the Tee Shirt, which he eventually found, even with my vague description. I was super pleased with the service.

I had seen what I wanted on the daily emails from Superdry since my last purchase, but I wanted to see and try on the garment before committing, because Superdry sizings seem a little snug. The shop was well-stocked with a large range of items - all very tempting. I was able to browse, and when I asked, an assistant was very approachable and helpful. The hoodie I bought is exactly what I want.

Bought reduced hoodie which was worth the price and not the full price! A few more brand companies need to catch on with this, you still make a profit from the reduced price and not go bust!

Order was delivered ahead of set delivery time and staff were prompt in retrieving parcel upon my arrival in the Maidstone store. Very efficient service .

Never got what I ordered after going in the shop to order it, and it was for some one’s birthday also when I ordered the item there was lots in stock

Always a great service with superdry online and instore, i went instore to get a couple of xmas gifts as i was worried they wouldnt arrive in time as i know the couriers are overwhelmed with deliveries this time of the year, there was a couple of bits that werent in my local store so i had to order online, but if they arrived after xmas it wasnt too much of a bother as i had the main gift, to my surprise 2 days later they were delivered on standard delivery. Very happy! Great quality too. Thankyou ☺️

Visiting family in Kent. Popped into Superdry, Maidstone and tried on some coats. The one I decided on in the shop didn't have my size. Staff were very helpful when I explained I was visiting from Essex. They offered to call Lakeside in Essex to check if they had any in stock and to reserve if they did. Excellent! Collected from Lakeside the following day. Thank you Superdry Maidstone. Staff member at Lakeside very pleasant when collecting coat.
