I can not recommend the quality and service from Superdry.

I purchased a premium down 90/10 coat size 10, as I am normally a 10, online 3 days later arrived, but sadly with a jumper and fleece too small. Went to Superdry shop in Maidstone. Outstanding service as they exchanged for size 12, but they also said get the 14 as well, of which I did. Thank god as the 14 with fleece jumpers fitted perfect and so comfortable, warm cosy and complement a couple of time with ‘nice coat, I got the light grey.

Took the 12 back refund within 48 hours.

I required assist in choosing a coat for my wife’s Christmas present. Having settled on my purchase I was informed that I could return it in January should it need to be changed. As it happens, I needed to change it for a more weather tolerate version of the same style of coat. Thanks for your assistance all at Maidstone.

The service from Superdry was seamless, with no issues with the retailer. However, the choice of courier service is questionable. This is why I have given 4 stars. Hermes contacted me to say they need a special service as the parcel was too big. The two coats I ordered came in a box, which delayed the delivery. Surely Superdry should use a courier service that can manage larger parcels. I would suggest reviewing who makes the arrangement and having a choice of courier to reduce the delivery delays. Plus side I needed to return one of the items and this was done seamlessly in the Maidstone branch.

My wardrobe is certainly filling up now with Superdry clothing, I deserve company shares I have so much stuff, I definitely think the quality is fantastic and the staff at the Maidstone branch are fantastic, especially Remus, he understands what I want and agrees or sometimes disagrees, he’s totally 100% honest with me, I really value his honesty and his customer service is wonderful…he’s a valued member of staff in my eyes..

Very happy but after ordering 2 tee shirts the size difference was not good but took it back to the shop they where very helpful very pleasant

First item was lost in transit but replacement was sent out next working day

I love Superdry. I love the quality of every garment I've ever bought. The problem is I can only afford the items when they are in the sale. Other than that I love Superdry.

Love superdry! The jacket i bought last week is gorgeous, its so warm and I absolutely love the colour its apple red...its my 2nd purchase from superdry and will continue to buy, well worth the money & didn't wait to long for it to be delivered
