Great service!
Very helpful staff, I needed to exchange 2 sweatshirts for a bigger size. The girl that served me was very helpful and polite. Had to have one of the sweatshirts delivered as they hadn't got the size I wanted. Will definitely use them again. Great service!

Great coat and lovely sweatshirt
Really love my chocolate coloured full length winter puffer jacket. love how it looks and it’s so comfy to wear. Not worn it much yet, but there will be plenty of time in the coming months as the temperature starts to drop here in the UK

I have bit shopped in superdry for a while but I don't recall there been so much limitation in jean sizes.

Whenever purchasing an item from superdry I am always very happy with the quick and efficient service I get from both ordering online and dealing in person with staff in-store. The quality of clothing has always been excellent, very well made, and lasts for years with general wear.

Fantastic customer service
I was trying to locate a lightweight jacket that had gone into the sale.
I could not find my size online so went into the store at Merry Hill to see if they could find one for me.
The two ladies there went above and beyond to track the jacket in my size and were so nice. Only wish I had taken down their names. Excellent service.
